Very compact cabin however the beds are big enough and it fitted us 2 big people for the stopover

Lots of free parking. Receptionist was lovely. Room was small but clean, wifi worked, shower gel smelt gorgeous and the bed was comfortable.

Only 1 towel each which was a challenge as we both have long hair to dry.

This is not a luxury hotel but it does exactly what you need, a clean confy bed when you are travelling long distances. We arrived at 1:30am because our channel crossing was delayed. We had a password, got into our rooms, one next to each other, at ground floor level and the car parked in front of the rooms. The rooms were clean, the bed confy and we were allowed with our dog. It is all we wanted at a great price!

All was good. Nothing to dislike.

Location, easy to find, plenty of parking, big supermarket round the corner. Excellent value for money. We've been using this hotel as a stopover on the way from Roscoff for years and have always had a good experience. We always have plenty of time to go into Saintes - well worth a visit.

There was good selection of food at the breakfast Buffett and plenty of it. Everything looked well presented and clean

The light in the room is too bright. Would have better if you could dim it

I'm diabetic so not much for me for breakfast, the egg boiler is so slow, I waited 10 mins and eggs were still runny. No breakfast tea, I had to bring my own t-bag! Could be ham as well as cheese

Exceptional value for money! Close to the A10 as travelling through France. Very clean and comfortable. Towels were a bonus! Perfect stop over. If you wanted a meal, it was available.

Location, easy to find

Was on ground floor which is what we asked for, the terrace at the back says closed after 10pm but the light is left on and a man was there at about 11pm talking very loud on his mobile for about 20 minutes but there are no staff there to stop this behaviour, so was very disappointed

The staff were very friendly and chatty. They gave us an excellent recommendation for where to eat and how to get around. Very pleasant experience. I also left something behind when I checked out. They emailed me about it and offered to look after it until I could pick it up.
