The apartment was clean and furnished well. However the balcony furniture had not been cleaned for a while

- the public area seemed to need some attention for maintenance. Cutting of grass, painting, fixing dividers between patios - the facility charges 18 euros per day for a dog! We found this outrageous, it was not clear when booking. There was a fee stated, but 18 euro for a shitzu! Not reasonable!

Staff very helpful. House was super clean.

Doggie charge was €100 per dog, I thought this was abit steep, as there were no doggie treats or anything for them.

Accommodation was very clean, well equipped. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Very good value for money.

For 4 people the apartment space was way too small. It's a modern, modest complet

Everything except the no aircon and the fact that there is no one available to help you after 8pm. We arrived around 7pm, when we figured that there was no hot water, it was too late, lobby was close and we had to shower with cold water to our 1 year old baby. Water was fixed in the end of the following day. It happens but this + the extremly hot temperature with no aircon did make the trip quite less good compare to what it could have been :)

It was super hot and there is no aircon in the room, we sadly had terrible nights because of that, even with the 2 fans we rented from the lobby.

Only provide one roll of toilet paper for any length of stay, and one bin bag, no soap or washing up liquid provided - would help if this was clearer in the description when looking.

The necessity to create an account and communicate via the messaging system it provided - unwelcome bureaucracy. It was unclear whether serviettes/towels were included, fairly promptly provided some withot charge when pressed.

Good, basic place to stay for exploring Sarlat and surrounding areas. Fine and exact communication before arrival.

Very basic and a bit worn apartment. No towels or fan/aircon unless you pay extra.

The pool and the view were excellent. The location was superb for seeing lots of things in the local area. It was quiet due to the time of year we visited and it was great value for money.

The apartment was not as clean as I would have liked. I wiped all the surfaces as I arrived as they were very dusty.
