We loved the warm welcome. The facilities were perfect for example, fridge, kettle, TV with English channels. My car was able to park right up to the front door - the security was exceptional. In addition, surrounding the accommodation, close-by, a supermarket, restaurants to name a few. Oliver met us at the reception, guided us to a convenient parking space, checked us in with full explanations and support. All this contributed to our holiday that included over two weeks travelling mainstream Europe from the UK to Hungary and back. First class and very convenient accommodation. I will never stay at Loon Plage while this accommodation performs to this standard. Only one small critical observation was the password to the WIFI. That aside, we give 1 million percent.

We were travelling with our small dog and Oliver and the staff made us feel very at home. We also booked breakfast which was lovely and had a good choice of food.

The bed was comfy, enough space in the room. Nothing special, but we quite enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom looked very dated. A bit expensive for what it is, but perhaps because most hotels in the area were fully booked at the time.

There was no one at reception when we arrived and I needed to call on my mobile phone to get someone to come. The rate was on the high side for the standard of accommodation, but this is probably because we booked very last minute.
