the room/apartment was lovely, perfect for a short stay. I was worried at first about the location as it seemed a long way outside Toulouse, BUT there was an amazing cable car ride nearby across the valley, a great experience with lovely views, to the University, where you could get a metro straight into Toulouse - all for the cost of 3 euros return!! The area of the apartment was very clean, safe and pleasant to walk around in.

there could have been a few more useful things in the apartment, like a tea towel to dry after washing up, and a kettle to boil water for tea/coffee. There was a very large contraption which looked like it might be for making coffee but it was impossible to work out how to use it!

The team was amazing, the place is clean and very well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable and the studio space is well organized. The bathtub was definitely a plus. I also liked that I could bike to the city center in about 20 minutes. Wonderful!

The biggest issue (and only) issue for me was the venting system. I am unsure how the apartments are connected but right above the bed (at least in room 246) is a vent connected to another apartment and I could hear all the conversations/laughter of other people in a different apartment as if they were next to me. Not great. Hopefully this can be improved.

I liked the vibes, great bathroom facilities, nice innovative restaurant self service meals. A modern concept.

It’s faraway from anything , a lot of artificial light outside and too hot to enjoy a proper night rest .. unbearable heat in the bathroom. Would have enjoyed some entertainment like a movie night maybe, and some ways to bring the guests to enjoy a drink. Solo travelers like myself can be different whenever coming to a hotel to meet others. Kindly

Just perfect for the stay we needed, The staff is just great. Day staff and night staff, just welcoming and always smiling and ready to help. The cleaning staff perfect. The hotel is great for all the coworking spaces, meeting rooms etc, facility for laundry, breakfast. We stayed a week and loved it.

Fan on the ceiling means no AC but that's not a problem, honestly it was all good.

It was near the location where I needed to be so for me it was a very good location.

The room I had did not have air conditioning; it rained so it did not matter but if the sun shines a bit it is unbearably hot; that was the situation when I first came in the room. They donot offer breakfast but they have a provision for dinner, which is OK for a few nights. There is a good restaurant nearby. When you would need to walk you are a little far from the supermarket (ALDI).

They asked for a 50$ fine (which they said it should have been 150$) because I did not wash a couple of dishes in the last day since I had to be out by 10 AM Though this fine was not mentioned before in booking.com with the policies and conditions of my stay (Which I did not pay at the end though they said they would send it in my mail)

Excellent location . Clean . Well equipped. Parking in front of hotel, free and secure Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room offers little gift packs in bathroom and kitchen .

No usb port No hairdryer Heating difficult to get to work No kettle! Bed against wall so if in a couple one person would have to crawl across . Not good for older couple!

Brand new modern hotel. Spacious parking. Well equipped room with kitchen. Clean. Calm.

Hotel looks abandome. Like it was built for some event in past and after that owner forgot about it. Broken mirrow in the elevators, and other, like nobody cares about it. No restourants around. Abandomed place, no people around, no cars, like you are in film about zombie apocalypse (may be because of weekend).

The autonomy, the stuff gentility and availability. It’s like living in your own house. Well connected to the city centre and everywhere in the city by Bus, Teleo and metro
