The hotel staff from the receptionist to the cleaning staff were all Excellent,very friendly,polite and helpful nothing negative about them even when some guests are being very impolite to them and complain about some very minor things they still remain calm. The breakfast was good (Pain au Chocolat was really great!). Hot drinks were amazing. The location is very close to the train station (Vendenheim), and bus Station (Artisan and Perdix). By TER you can reach Strasbourg within.10 minutes. By bus about 30 minutes.

We were in room 202, .and there were times that the sewage smell coming from the Bathroom is really strong. The moisture on the window is also visible (Had to open the window from time to time)

Everything we needed for a 1 night stay in Strasbourg. We took an Uber into the centre (12 minutes drive) for dinner and were treated to a brass band whilst dining in Gutenberg Place. It was 8pm on a Monday night. Absolutely perfect evening and ended with a stroll through Petit France, and took an Uber back to the hotel (around €17 euros each way).

Ran out of bacon before we had breakfast, around 8:30. Everything else was great though - enormous croissants and pain au chocolate! Lovely. No hairdryer in room. Only 2 towels provided for family of 4.

A simple B&B, it was clean and comfortable enough, although basically runs with minimal staff. Plenty of parking - including electric charging bays for EVs. The shower was also really good. Our family room was great value for money - ideal for a stop en route to the Alps.

The lack of staff is a little disconcerting, with remote check-in at a console at the door. The location also wasn't the prettiest and inside the hotel were cages full of linen which looked a bit temporary.and unloved. This B&B is on a commercial estate and when we were there a lot of construction seemed to be happening in the area which wasn't the prettiest.

The location was good for us and the staff were lovely. It’s a basic hotel but very good for the price.

There’s no lift, so be prepared to carry any suitcases upstairs, we were on the second (top) floor. Not a problem for us. There’s no kettle in the room but there is a coffee machine in the entrance area. I found getting into the hotel, out of hours, a little difficult to understand but once you know it’s very easy. Luckily for us there were other people around to help us and the staff are only a buzz away.

Friendly staff, easy access when reception mot open. Good shower, clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet location but close to restaurants and great boulangerie round the corner. Perfect for a stop over en route back to UK from Italy.

Pillows are a bit too big, but otherwise, there are no issues. Would have been more reassuring if there had been a window lock/safety mechanism for a family room on the 2nd floor.

We had a wonderful stay! The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The overall atmosphere was cozy and relaxing—truly a perfect home away from home.

Good value, largely automated accommodation. Comfy bed and excellent continental breakfast. Bacon and egg not very nice.The staff member was not the friendliest but did his job efficiently. Getting through the security gate took a while as we had to go inside and get a code. Would be better if this was emailed instead.

We had an overnight stay at the hotel after travelling for a day. The hotel is situated in a great location near a motorway and about 15 minutes' drive to Strasburg. There are a lot of restaurants too. The staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed. The check-in was easy. Everything was automated with a code.

The hotel is very clean, the bed is quite comfortable, the mattress is not soft, but not too hard, the pillows are a little flat. Convenient parking, the hotel has a microwave in the hall. The bus stop to Strasbourg is a stone's throw away, but there is no ticket sales at the stop. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver, 2.50 euros without change.
