Quiet location, in the outskirts of Strasbourg. A tram stop to the center is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Appartment on the 4th floor was bright and spacious, has a kitchen, microwave oven, large bathroom. Perfect matress, big smart tv. Lovely lady at the reception desk on the first day, warm and helpful (thank you!)

Location might be disappointing for some, since you need at least 30-40 minutes to get anywhere in the center by public transport, which on the other hand is reliable and frequent. Bad smell inside the bathroom, like dead fish and urin, but gets tolerable if you open the windows for a couple of hours. I wouldnt consider this as a dealbreaker since there are 2 doors between the bathroom and the main room, which makes things a little better.

The place is conveniently located and offers ample parking. The staff is delightful, and the apartment is exceptionally cozy, immaculately clean, and fully equipped with all the essentials for dining. It comes with Wi-Fi, a TV, a phone, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a pristine bed, and a high-quality sofa with a real mattress. Additionally, there is a spacious terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining when the weather allows. Notably, this location is not just welcoming to pets but also readily provides pet-friendly amenities such as bowls and more for our four-legged companions.

Once you've overcome the initial surprise of realizing you'll be spending the night in a senior care home, and after opening all the windows to freshen up the apartment, the atmosphere becomes tolerable. However, there are lingering unpleasant odors in the toilets, which can be quite overwhelming. It feels somewhat strange to use a restroom designed for seniors or individuals with disabilities, especially when the bathroom, equipped for disabled individuals, is where you find the experience a bit peculiar.

I came very late and no prob to check in. Booked it only a week ahead. Very good price. Clean, spacious. It is in principle an elderly residence combined with hotel, so super quite. Went for a run at night in the forest close-by... and only 10m drive from the European Parliament. The furniture etc. is not the most modern type but for example bed was really confortable. In short - great value for money.

The location was great, quiet, and green. The balcony.

Bed size. There is no service for 5 nights. Nobody picks the garbage. We had to take it somewhere out of the building. Some smells in some room. You have to meet and see every time elderly people who are leaving there.

Quiet location, free parking nearby, convenient location for bus or metro into Strasbourg centre. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment, good value for money. Would highly recommend it.

Everything was great…the only extras it could do with are a kettle (we used a saucepan) and a bottle opener - but we managed!

The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable and although I arrived before the official check-in time, I was able to occupy my room.

I was unable to pay the tourism tax by card. Have cash with you!

The Staff, the receptionist went above and beyond to help us, room was spacious and clean, facilities are really good either in the room or the building. Location is very good too.
