-in the room that we stayed air conditioner are located in good spots so that it does not strike you when you are sleeping. -The hotel is very close to highways so very reachable if you have a car. if you want to go to strasbourg you can drive to any of the P+R strasbourg where you can pay the parking ticket and get a free tram/bus ride for all the passengers in your car. -Hotel personnel were very helpful/friendly and english speaking and allowed us to fill our water bottles in the bar with cold water.

-Hotel personnel were friendly with the kids but we were not sure whether other people staying there was ok with kids. The walls of the rooms were thin so when our kid stayed in the room or playing in the pool we were not sure whether we were annoying some other neighbours. -I think the rooms have the space to put small fridges. The hotel management should consider this since some people could pay extra for that. -The location is close to shopping centres so if you are a shopper you will like it but we were not into shopping. In the neighbourhood there is not much else. And on sundays the neighbourhood is pretty empty since shopping centre is also closed.

Rooms are big and comfortable. Beds and pillows are good. The breakfast is minimal but definitly good and economically makes sense compared to cafes/restaurents (highly recommended). Price is much better that hotels inside the city of Strasbourg, especially with the free parking.

Not a complaint but just an advice to book this hotel if you have a car because the location is pretty difficult to find.

Good size room for one person. Great air-con, especially for the temperature whilst I was there. Very good location as far as I was concerned. Right next to the canal, huge shopping areas within a mile or so. Free parking, no need to reserve. Plenty of restaurants nearby, many within walking distance. (ie 30minutes or less). Plenty of sockets if you don't have an extension lead. 20minute walk to train station and 30minutes into Strasbourg. (ie one hour to save the hassle of driving). All great for a short stay. Overall, I feel that it was very good value for money.

Noisy guests and limited soundproofing. But, at the end of the day, it's a 2* hotel and the price was good, so this is just a comment, nothing more. Besides, the hotel can't control the guests.

We were staying in the hotel for 2 nights. It's been an awesome stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the pool is great too. Just a few more sun loungers would have been good. Apart from that we were entirely satisfied. We came by public transport and took the bus station zone commerciale Nord which is only about a 10 min Walk from the hotel down the road. The bus Nr. 71 is a quick bus that will bring you straight to Straßburg City Center. We can recommend the place. Greetings from Germany.

Nothing

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We traveled for work so for us was more than enough. The distance from the city center is pretty big but it's manageable by car.

The mattress was not so good. The pillows were a nightmare for me ( but this may be subjective). The parking may be complicated because the spots are limited.

It was a convenient location as I was only stopping for one night. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the room was nice. There was an outdoor pool, although the weather was a bit cold to try it. I would stay here again.

Minor things. The bed was too soft for my preference but it mau be fine for others. Also the lock on the door refused to open a couple of times, but the staff quickly came with a key.

The staff were all lovely, communicative, and wanting to help. The food at the restaurant was really well cooked and presented. The room, for the money was fine, and a personal observation- the rose and red wines were simply brilliant for the cost. An unusual thing, a 2 star restaurant that deserves to be 4 star.

Everything, it was a real haven after a really long journey! Everything was perfect, and the pool was lovely and warm! Bed was comfy and breakfast was wonderful! The choice of restaurants nearby was incredible too!

Absolutely minor detail, but it would have been good to have a kettle in the room?

We loved the location as we were travelling with our dogs. Right next to the water canal to walk around and there is a big shopping promenade on the other side of the hotel with more lovely walks for our dogs and window shopping for us. The room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was nice. Would definitely recommend

The location of the hotel is really nice. No houses around, no rush outside and a river directly at the hotel. The rooms are small but the beds are very comfortable so that it is everything what you need to load batteries after a long day.
