The hospitality was incredible. The two receptionist (day and night shift) were so kind to us. Maria (day-time receptionist) treated us like family and went beyond and above to make us feel at home. She warmed our food, offer us some local drinks and had a meaningful conversation with us. Thank you hotel 725 for these lasting memories that you have created. We will be back for sure!

Location is a bit far from center, but a Bolt to the city is very inexpensive and convenient. I highly recommend this place. Price-quality 10/10

It was pretty clear and nearly tided. I asked the receptionist for the electric kettle and he kindly made it available as soon as possible. The location of this hotel is exceptional. You can simply find many exchange stores if you walk 300 meters on feet. Also, in case of any sickness or injury , there are various pharmacies with responsible people in charge.

Hotel 725 is an excellent choice if you want a really good room at a reasonable rate and you'd rather stay close to an authentic neighborhood ( Agmashenebeli St.) instead of being surrounded by tourists and all that comes with that.....Large room with a fridge, kettle, desk and not one, not two, but three chairs!.....Plates, cups, coffee, tea and eating utensils provided.....Good A.C.....Enclosed shower with plenty of hot water, towels and toiletries.....Strong wifi (seems there is a router in each room).....Screen on the window with a view out to the mountains.....Easy check-in and friendly staff.....Clean room and common areas.....Ample parking.....Room cleaning if needed or you can hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign.....There are plenty of markets just a 10 minute walk away, including a Winnmart supermarket with an incredible deli (restaurants in the immediate area are a bit scarce though).....Pretty much at the beginning of the Batumi/Akhaltsikhe "Highway" so a good location for bicyclists and hikers taking that route.

No elevator (lift) so it may not work for some folks......A light on the desk or fixed just above the desk would be welcome.

Good size room with wide and comfortable beds and a convenient bathroom. Clean and nice. Manager is very pleasant and helpful, speaking good Turkish. There is a cafe/restaurant next door at which we had a good breakfast. Both hotel and restaurant are definitely not expensive.

It's 5-6 km to downtown, not close. Anyway it isn't a problem for us because we are travelling by our car.

The rooms are spacious and clean. the bathrooms are very clean, almost new. big and comfortable bed. many tv channels to occupy any spare time. the interior of the hotel, like the lobby area, had lots of marble floors.

hotel a little difficult to find at night. the entrance is tucked away behind a gas station. there was no elevator.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, we've been welcome like home. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Batumi. We arrived super late (2AM the first night) and it was no issue for the late check-in.

The staff, nice and helpful georgian family. Clean premises, they provide tea, instant coffee, bathrobe and slippers. There is a nice recreation floor for groups with pool table and such. Also they have a Georgian pub downstairs for local beer and traditional meals. I liked it although it's far from the touristic side of the city and the beaches. But there are bus stops nearby and taxis are affordable. By the hotel bazar and shops are all over the place. Wifi signal and internet are good.

Bathroom needs some maintenance

Cosy Hotel located on the outskirts of Batumi, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy it was. The level of cleanliness exceeded what you would typically find in hotels in Batumi. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is particularly suitable for business travel for both foreigners and Georgians. It's important to note that the hotel is not in the city centre, but I was aware of this when I booked.

Everything was fine. The staff was great and friendly, helped us a lot. The room was clean and had everything that we wanted (a cattle, air conditioner, a fridge, Wi-Fi, and TV). Almost nothing to complain about.

This place isn't easy to find because, in Georgia, all maps (Google, OpenMaps, Yandex) are not quite accurate. But we managed to find it, thanks to the locals. The room was fine, but the bed is definitely tired of all those visitors + the toilet licked a bit + noisy neighbors.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, very affordable, was able to make a last minute reservation after having to cancel a different hotel reservation
