Very nice hotel. The room is modern, clean, and comfortable. The best value for money among all hotels in Batumi. The staff is wonderful. People in the reception are always ready to help and solve any question. Very hospitable environment. Bonus: There are good cafes nearby the hotel, a 24/7 supermarket, and free private Wi-Fi for each room. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in.

The hotel is quiet and beautiful. I lived in a room on the corner of the hotel number 418, and we faced beautiful full-angle glass and gives a wonderful view of the city. The staff are very respectable, especially David, and all of them are friendly. The hotel's a large market and restaurant is suitable for the Gulf families. Regarding the exit, cooperate with me, as I have an evening flight and allow me to stay until 8 pm and pay a symbolic amount. Thank you all of them.

Very big room. Very good air condition machine. Parking. Grocery store on the ground floor of the same building. Nice staff.

No breakfast. You can get something from the restaurant next door, but it doesn't serve "real" breakfast in any form. Loud traffic. Floor of the room was a bit dirty. You noticed this from the color of the soles of your feet. Otherwise room was really clean.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, also there is a 24/7 market just beside the hotel

The AC wasn’t very strong, but the weather wasn’t hot either.

- clean hotel room with very comfortable bed - nice bar in the builfding but not developd yt. - nice garden and area to relax (probably the only one in the whole district? sad) - lots of parking space - gas station nearby + shop so you may easily hit the road again

- Very bad sound isolation. So bad that sometimes I had an impression that someone is using my bathroom! I go and check if there is someone in my bathroom, nobody there! It was just my neighbour flushing the toilet in his room! - The District where the hotel is located is a busy and noisy but this is how the town is - You wont have peace of mind there. constant door shouting, neighbours talking, sound of water leaking during various times of the day etc. and all of that despite good looking room inside, sadly

The staff were so nice and friendly. Room was clean and ac worked perfectly. It doesn't have restaurant but a local traditional dinner was next to the hotel.also it was a big super market under the hotel which is so helpful 😀

The location was not the best convenient and it was far frome the central. We expected a king size bed but they only had one available room with three separated beds .

The location is a bit far away from the city centre. Be prepared for a long walk along a busy street without sidewalks.

This is one of the best hotels in georgia.i have been to at least 10 around batumi and i have to say this place is great all the people working here from the managers to the cleaners are very helpful and pleasant.the hotel is very clean because of the great cleaners and it is at a good location to buy anything including food.excellent will come again soon

The location is a bit far from the beach and city center , no chances to walk to the center . However, Bolt taxi app helped me a lot.
