I booked a room for my mother, actually, and haven't be there myself, but according to what my mom says, the hotel is super nice, with friendly caring staff and spacious rooms.The personnel was always in contact with me remotely, and informed me about my mom's arrival and departure, asked to check with her if she understood info in english correctly (she is not very fluent english speaker) and so on. For me it was very positive experience.

Ayeti Palace Hotel is the best place to stay in Kutaisi Upon entering the hotel, I met the administrator Giorgi, who was ready to help at any moment. The hotel is perfect in all respects, no problems. The only downside is that I didn't get to spend more time at Ayeet Hotel. Thanks to Ayeet Hotel for the warm welcome and thanks to Giorgi for his help. I recommend Hotel Ayet to everyone.

Hotel is close to the White bridge and city center,clean rooms and delicious breakfast. It was really hot in the rooms that was really great for me because most in hotels there are no heater.24/7front desk and friendly stuff.
