Clean, stylish, beautiful, friendly staff, spacious balcony with ashtray in room 301, good shower. I like it.

Cold and not very fresh breakfast: The sausages and scrambled eggs were cold and a little gray in color, the bread was stale, and the cheeses and sausages were cut like an ax - into very thick and large pieces (for me this is a minus, but maybe someone will like it like this), the sweet buns were hard, as if they were wooden. Dirty coffee machine in the room 301, Very poor sound insulation, Double bed - you can slightly feel the mattress split in the middle.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The entire property is spotless and well-maintained, giving off a fresh and modern vibe. The room ‘s clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. We didn't have any problems with the room, everything was in good working order. Even though the hotel is located near the road, we didn't hear any sounds that would disturb our sleep. The only I can say it was a bit colder than I expected during the night as we were staying in Feb. The selections on the breakfast were diverse, featuring both hot and cold options, fresh pastries, tea and coffee. Everything was well-prepared and replenished promptly. The hotel’s location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel with good breakfast included, I recommend this one.

I liked the location and the interior design.

There were not enough options in the breakfast menu. I expected to get one or two chicken dishes, but there were none. There were only beef and pork. So I only had scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. Only whole fruits were served, which is not convenient. The micrwave oven does not function properly, required to heat up milk for making coffee. There were spider webs at the balcony. Water was seeping out of the bathroom.

- Breakfast was nice. Didn't change much day-to-day, but it's variety was enough for two-week stay. - Great location: 5 mins to the main street and around 10 mins to the touristic center. - Clean room and very comfortable beds. - Quiet room with good sound-proofing (if your room overlooks the backyard, see below for more info). - Very helpful and friendly hotel staff.

- Deluxe and Superiour rooms are on the side that faces very busy road. While sound-proofing removes most of the noise, it doesn't remove everything, which makes such rooms a very bad choice if you are a light sleeper (like myself). (all?) Standard rooms overlook the quite backyard, which makes it a much better choice if you are sensitive to the noise.

Perfect location. Good price. I was really impressed with little things they provided- shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, robes etc. Breakfast was ok, not a huge variety, but everyone could find something.

Hole on the side of bed, but it didn't effect anything. Need to do better hoovering, but the slippers sorted out that problem. I would prefer side table for the bed.

The staff were very nice (except the older woman in the dining room). The hotel is very clean, the room is big the bad are comfortable.

1. If you come back to the room late at night there no hot water for a shower- it seems like somebody close the hot water every night. We complain but it didn’t help 2. The breakfast is boring🥱 . We stay 5 days - every day was the same. Only cold boild eggs or cold scrambled egg. Cut vegetables- no salad! Some sausage and cheese and pastries 🥐

The most important thing they have bidet (Shattaf) at the toilet. Good location between the arab road and the old town walking 10 to 15 minutes, quite clean and cozy room. The reception helpful and talk english very well.

The AC didn’t work till last night because they say it’s cold outside and won’t work but at room it was warm I couldn’t sleep well and there is park for only one car otherwise you have to park near the hotel 1 lari for 1 hour.

Great location, nice and modern rooms, helpful staff. Breakfast included which is very convenient! Overall good value for money.

I’m would be nice to have cutlery and (wine) glasses in the room. Also our room had a balcony but no table or chairs to actually sit there — it would have been a nice detail, too.

The hotel is very clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful specially Nina, she was very helpful and she had a big role in letting us enjoy our stay in Georgia. The staff working at the restaurant are very welcoming. Also, when we asked for private tours, they brought us qualified drivers and good cars, the drivers were very helpful as well. it’s an exceptional experience in this nice hotel. furthermore, the location is amazing, few minutes to everything in the city center.

The apparent is very comfortable and has everything you need. Friendly staff. Even though our room had minor disadvantages, since it's not new, but it's well maintained and the cleaning was done every day.

The only issue we had was a smell of cigarettes from the bathroom, probably someone from the neighboring rooms was smoking there. But I guess it might happen anywhere
