The hotel was clean and simple, with all my needs fulfilled. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The location is not bad, but not great either. However, there are bus stops & a subway station really close by. I was able to check into the hotel really late and faced no issues. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is easy to get to via U Bahn. Good location with many shops nearby. Reception and cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. You can purchase snacks from reception which was helpful after a late arrival. Rooms are basic but that's fine for the price paid.

Windows should be cleaned from outside Internet got cut on the 9th of March - reception called the provider till next stay, no solution. No manager on hotel to raise any issue - casual staff in reception is ok , but a manager should be there to listen and solve this kind of issues.

Its nicely located , with several bars and restaurants dotted around the area. U- bahn train station close by. Underground parking available for a charge. Lovely breakfast included in price. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Perhaps a little pricey but Berlin is an expensive city.

The staff were nice and friendly. Upon check-in, we got a nice little welcome gift. Parking was free, and a decent breakfast for the price. Accommodated our request to have rooms next to each other. Spacious rooms, very close to metro's and also good location to some decent restaurants.

The pillow was just not comfortable enough for me, but again, that is based on my personal preference. Also it would be good to have atleast one hot option for breakfast

Close to subway station Fehrbelliner Platz, in an otherwise pretty quiet area. This hotel gives each guest their own key card. Can you believe it.

Parking is mostly reserved for residents → better come by train. The first day, we had a funky smell coming out of the faucet. This vanished after a while. Staff said, it may be due to the room being vacant for too long. No refrigerator. Being an ibis hotel, this place is rather basic (but really good enough). A while ago, a room here would have cost 50, maybe 60€/night. Not anymore.

WiFi not secure. Limited items in the room - no iron or ironing board, no toiletries except for masic soap/shampoo.

I like breakfast, and quite room very much. people were friendly, and wireless was perfect. At the check int tie they covered our suitcases. Breakfast enterence and servers were perfect. also hotel is nearest place for the metro and the busstop.

I didnt like offering 20 euros for early check-in // If you have available rooms you can directly invite them to room because this is how we do in turkey. and all around the world general Check-In time is 14:00 - But in Germany ITs 15:00 - its a little bit disturby. but even this situations i like where we stay :) Thank you . !

Bedroom and Bathroom were spacious and clean. Hotel is very close to U-Bahn. Bed Mattress was comfortable.

The pillows were extremely soft and causes neck pain. The street is loud from cars so windows must stay close. Hotel is expensive. Hotel over-charge for pet 12 EUR a night!!!

The staff was really nice, the room was cleaned every day, the location is great, since the Metro station is 2 minutes away and you can be in the centre in 30 minutes

They did not have an iron, so keep it in mind in case you need to iron your clothes
