Location 5 minutes walk from the Ku'damm, yet not too noisy, family room had pleasant balcony, so if you have kids you can at least relax outside of their sleeping area (it's just one big room). Street parking free on Sunday to 09.00 Monda.morning.

Lacked basic facilities like a kettle, for family room be aware it's not too difficult for kids to open the doors to the balcony. The family room is just one 30sqm room, separation at all. If you can find parking in the street by the hotel it's €2 per hour, from 09.00 to 20.00, with limited space. But in the next street closer to Ku'damm it's even more at €3 per hour. There's a nearby Lidl that has a private carpark you can stay in for €20 per 24 hours (runs from when you arrive). Parking is just expensive in Berlin, but the hotel doesn't offer any discount with any of the parking lots, despite having no parking of its own.

Very nice hotel in a very nice neighborhood full of restaurants with food from all over the world. A big supermarket just across the street. Our room was clean and modern. We travelled with our dog and the room had bowls and a dog bed. The closest U-Bahn station Is just a few minutes away. The staff is very helpful and kind, a special thanks to the guy at the reception who sent us away with a cup of coffee and juice for our kids, very well appreciated! I highly recommend you stay here!

The room was clean, the breakfast was enough for us, with both cooked and continental options available. The best part was the staff. They were exceptionally kind, and very knowledgeable about Berlin. They went out of their way to help us plan our visits and get around in the most convenient way. The hotel was located a short walk away from the U-bahn and bus stop, and a 10 minute walk from the S-bahn overground trains.

The "double room" was just 2 single beds that had been pushed together, which wasn't quite what I imagined when I booked a double room. The bathroom was basic and a bit cramped for the taller person.

Breakfast excellent. Location excellent. Reception staff so helpful! Room excellent except for bedding/TV issue - see below. First time used this hotel chain. Will try others!

Two minor issues on scale of things 1. We found everywhere we went (Amsterdam, Germany, Prague, Austria Budapest) the same problem. Hated the two single doonas instead of the shared one on queen size bed. Needed to ask for second pillows for both of us but desperately wished for at least one very firm pillow. Maybe this is a "cultural" thing - in Australia I am unaware of much use of the totally squishy pillows , lacking any firmness!. 2. Given English is a widely used language - very sad there was no English TV eg especially BBC news

Breakfast had a wide array of choices, including hot eggs, poultry sausages, a wonderful selection of German breads, coldcuts, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, cereals, milk, juice, coffee and tea. The location just off the Kurfurstendam at the end of the U1 at Uhlandstrasse made connecting to the rest of the city easy. One can walk a few blocks more to Savigny place and get the S6 line for a fast connection to most of Berlin's train stations and Potsdam. It's a beautiful old building but does have an elevator that stops on the stair landings half way between floors. The staff were very accommodating and I would try to stay there again. It is a good value for the money.

First, I would like to say thank you to Daniel. He was one of the most welcoming staff. The hotel is clean and has a lift although you may still need to climb a bit of stairs because the lift is in the middle of the two floors. Breakfast is reasonably good. Both U Bahn and S Bahns are accessible with a block or two of walking. They allow early check in as well as long as the room is ready.

Wifi needs improvement. It could be because my room is located at the end of the corridor on the second level (219) so the wifi gets cut off every now and then. Additional pillow upon request would be a great add on too.

The place was clean and it was an easy process to check in. There was plenty of space for a family of four. Even though the room didn't have a kettle the staff was able to provide us with one. The staff also gave us wine glasses so that way we could enjoy a bottle of wine from our room .

The bathroom door was really hard to open and close. Also the shower door didn't keep the water from leaking onto the bathroom floor.

Friendly accommodating staff, delicious breakfast, comfy bed and pillows, lift, handy additional wc in hallway, fan in room, plenty of storage, looked after our bags, advice on what to visit and how to get there. Brilliant strong shower, handy fridge.

You do need 2 pillows. Could do with a few plastic cups for toothbrushes and rinsing teeth.

The staff went above and beyond. They were wonderful! The room was in a perfect location for what we wanted to do. It was a quiet area, and blackout curtains definitely helped!

The room was small with the bathroom taking up a lot of space (it seemed to have been added to the room rather than an original feature). It was easy to make it work.

Beds were very comfy and room was spacious, staff were so nice and friendly and was in a good location with transport facilities in place to be able to see the attractions.

The bathroom door didn’t close or lock. I told reception and they said they would fix it so it was fine.
