The friendliness of the staff, escpecially the waitress in the evening she remembers us from previous visits and is very helpful, I was travelling alone this time and was made to feel very welcome and at ease.

There was nothing I didn't like, but it would be good to have tea/coffee making facilites in the room, I was able to get a glass of hot water for my tea from the bar but would be nice to be able to have one in the room as well as the well stocked mini bar.

We made a last-minute reservation and stayed in a beautiful room. The beds were super comfortable and well needed after many hours of driving. It was so nice that our dog was allowed to stay with us for a small fee. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of choice and even gluten - and dairy-free options, a big plus for us! The staff was superfriendly and helpful. We will be returning for sure in the future while heading to Slovenia! Thank you!

This was an interesting find, as we were looking for a place to stay for a weekend around Landsberg am Lech area. We appreciated the following: - comfortable bed - good equipped room with minibar, mini-locker for valuables - overall clean - very good breakfast - very good value - very nice staff at the desk

Quiet neighborhood, good check-in procedure for late check-ins after 11 pm, well equipped, spacious room. Nice staff.

I found 2 small bugs in the room and one bigger on the staircase. I suppose the disinsection was not done for some time. Another thing to be aware of is there is no air conditioning in the room or I couldn't find the controls

Nice and clean rooms, good room layout, nice bathrooms.

We were on a business trip with our newborn. We specifically wanted a room with a queen-sized bed as advertised. However, the room we were offered had two beds. They called it an upgrade (it was a bit larger), but it did of course not suit us. We then were supposed to pay for a higher upgrade. It took quite some time to convince them that we were just expecting what was advertised on booking.com and nothing more.

We arrived after hours but were given detailed instructions on access. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast the next day was very good. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The wall to wall carpeting, but on balance, but a big issue.

The staff were super friendly and lovely and made everything from dinner to the check in very high end. It was like being in a luxury hotel but without the costs. I also liked how everyone felt friendly but not fake which feels like a boutique hotel vibe - like the ACE hotel. It is so nice to be able to stay at places like this and I think everyone deserves a raise.

Perhaps maybe nicer soaps in the bathrooms? The TV didn't work so well but honestly it was fine.

I arrived very late (0.15am) There was a key in a key safe (pre arranged) but staff were still there and showed me in. Great service even though reception was closed. Breakfast was great in the morning and again excellent service .

Everything except General Manager or whatever title the man with eyeglasses in the "glassenclosed office is called.

The general manager omitted twice to return morning greetings extended to him while he was 2 meters away behind the front office counter.

The reception on arrival, the competence and attention accorded by the staff, although I arrived really late. The breakfast was superb, everything to start the day was available. Will definitely be staying here again.
