The location is just 1 km from the city center, so it’s nice and quiet but still close enough to everything. There’s plenty of parking, comfy rooms, and a great breakfast to start your day. The hotel also has a small swimming pool and basic wellness facilities, which is a nice bonus for some extra relaxation.

Since we visited during the winter, which coincided with the maintenance and holiday period, the welcome felt a bit rushed. While some people might find this a bit annoying, I personally appreciated it, it meant we could settle quickly, get our room keys, and avoid wasting time. That said, the information and instructions provided were clear and sufficient to help us get settled smoothly.

Nice family hotel, warm welcome, well assorted breakfast, all fresh served. Dinner was also pretty good. Clean and organized environment. Noise free location. Super friendly team.

In the big picture alls was ok. Parking nearby was easy but not by the door of the hotel. The hotel is around 3 km far from Cochem centrum but is a nice walking alongside the water. Is also possible to take a bus line but takes to long because the bus schedule is once by hour.

Quiet location; 20 minute stroll to town centre. Comfortable well furnished room. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Lovely staff.

WiFi somewhat hit and miss. Internet connection kept changing and cutting out on occasions.

Nice hotel with modern facilities. Rooms are very big with balcony or terrace. Breakfast excellent. Lounge is very big, quiet and nice with social games avaible. . A swimming pool is available though small. Staff very professional and nice.

Parking space is limited on hotel premise, but you can find free parking's along the street nearby.

Quiet and comfortable room. Location was great and easy enough to find nearby parking. This hotel was able to accomodate a large group (multiple rooms).

Everything was great. The room was very big, clean and had a great view. From the window you could see the castle. The breakfast was very good, diversified. The only regret was that we stayed there only 1 night. Thank you all for a great experience.

Quiet room; good size. Friendly staff - remembered us from our previous visits. Great buffet breakfast and good choice of evening meal both set menu and a la carte. Conveniently located on edge of town but only 20 minutes walk into centre along the bank of the river Moselle.

A bit outside the city, but the hotel is fine. The staff are sweet and helpful. The pool was great. The wine was amazing.

The restaurant is really low standard. We will go out and eat next time.
