Really liked the spa facilities. Had lovely relaxing chairs to sit outside and a spa bag. Had a fantastic massage. Lots of thoughtful touches such as a lunch bag on departure and bottle of local wine. Food in the restaurant was good. Nice outdoor area to eat on the terrace. Nice views. Spacious room.

The cutain in our room let quite alot of light in so we woke up early. We were in an annex room which wasn't as easy to access.

Very clean, and we love the sauna and swimming pool with bubbles! We visited end of August so not that busy which we like! Also very quiet around the areas. Just outside Cochem but if you’re with bicycles easy to get around the Cochem!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Lovely wellness facilities and the hotel was comfortable and was beautifully decorated. I can highly recommend a visit. Slightly outside Cochem centre but within walking distance. Good parking. Dog friendly. Immaculately clean. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

A kettle and tea/coffee making equipment in the room would have been good.

food was very good, staff all very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy

about 5 flights of stairs was just to much ....2 sets down then outside down another set then up2 flights of stairs to the room which was a bit small

Staff was very friendly, excellent breakfast with non-dairy options included. (Yoghurt) Facilities were clean and not overly busy, with a lovely welcome package on room check-in which was refreshed every day with fresh towels.

Sadly no air-conditioning on the room, which was fine as we faced the north-side but still a bit warm. Dinner was excellent, but a bit pricey if you're eating with two.

Relaxing spa, great dinner (tasting menu with wine pairing), very comfortable room. The staff was very friendly. The view from our balcony was splendid

Clean, spacious room, good breakfast, kind and helpful staff.

Water in the pool (which is relatively small) could be a bit warmer. More parking spaces would be appreciated.

Friendly efficient staff. Great location with views of the Mosel and a lovely Spa area.

There was a comfy setee in the bedroom but you could not view the TV from it.

A quiet and spacious place. A big breakfast buffet for a start into the day. Pool and Spa to chill out after long hikes and castle tours.

Sweet and helpfull staff Clean room, clean wellness, clean restaurant and breakfast.

The fact that we couldn't stay longer :)
