It is very close to Kochum and takes about ten minutes to walk to the town. If you drive there, it is convenient as there is a free 3-hour parking lot. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, and I am very grateful for checking in early. When I enter or exit the hotel, the staff greet me with a smile, making me feel happy.The appearance of the room is modern, very clean, comfortable, beyond expectations, and the castle can be seen from the corridor windows. The free parking space in the hotel is very convenient and can accommodate around ten cars. The breakfast was good, the restaurant was decorated very well, it was an Italian style restaurant, but unfortunately I didn't have the chance to try it.

This is a nice hotel situated a 10-15 minute riverside stroll from the centre of Cochem. Our room was large and included a big well appointed bathroom. Everything was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Our breakfast was very good, there was an extensive variety of breakfast foods available to suit every taste. There is a large easy to use private car park at the front of the hotel. There is a small supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel which is very convenient for small purchases.

The staff or managers were amazing. Really loved the friendliness and nothing was too much trouble, from checkin, to bar to restaurant to breakfast to cleaning staff. We loved the location of the property a little out of town, but easy to walk in. Quiet and calm. Very customer oriented towards the guest. The large room had a lovely view over the Mosel from upstairs. The restaurant was really good food - Italian mainly but excellent servings and also a varied big breakfast of hot and cold items. The parking on site was gold.

It's hard to fault anything, but I did feel there needed to be more variety in the restaurant menu.

The Park Hotel is beautifully situated, with direct access to the Moselle and a great view of the vineyards and castle opposite. The studio is very spacious with two bedrooms and cosy furnishings. The check-in was also very easy and friendly. The breakfast is complete with daily fresh products. I can highly recommend the Park Hotel and would stay there again at any time.

There was nothing to criticise. As the own restaurant is currently closed, you can go to one of the very good restaurants in the city centre for dinner, which is about 15-20 minutes' walk away. Breakfast is served every morning at the hotel.

The room was ideal, a pretty typical hotel room. It could have done with a couple of hooks for a jacket and so on. There was no tea or coffee in the room but I don't see that as a major problem. Breakfast was good insofar as the dining room was large and comfortable. The 8 person queue at the coffee machine was a disaster. A second coffee machine would help a lot. The buffet layout was cramped meaning that people were elbow to elbow at the buffet. Not at all comfortable. The hotel itself was comfortably placed, just outside the town centre and with masses of free parking in the hotel grounds.

Great location at Mosel bank, ~10-15 mins walking from old city center. A good breakfast in a restaurant room with Mosel and Burg Cochem views. Besides, we were given a large room that also had Mosel views - and was pretty well heated (winter time!). Umbrellas were made available at reception.

Two coffee machines at breakfast instead of one would make a substantial difference!

We had a great studio number 3. With a balcony and a nice view of the castle and the river. They have the best air conditioning ever it was amazing during the hot weather. Lots of parking lots right next to the hotel. Nice with a restaurant on the hotel. The staff are helpful too. It’s close to the old town only few minutes walk. We look forward to comeback again. We had a wonderful time.

Stayed at this hotel in 2017, and booked again due to its location and facilities. We had a 2 bedroom apartment style layout, in what was the newer part of the hotel complex. Beautifully clean and serviced, with view of the Mosel. Breakfast in the main.hotel part was excellent, offering a buffet with both a continental type, and hot breakfast items.

Only comment I would make is that as the hotel is open for evening meals and drinks to non residents, the car park could become full. Would certainly recommend that if possible guests arrive, book-in and park before the hotel provides evening meals.

We liked the friendliness of the staff, they were congenial and agreed to our small requests. They briefed us on other activities in the area. We recommend to have dinner at the hotel at their covered terrace. Car parking is a boon and sets you off to a good start. The staff spoke a smattering of English.

An unexpected bonus was our very comfortable room had a balcony overlooking wooded gardens. Beds were very comfortable. The evening meal in the restaurant was delicious. We both chose Pork Medallions. A generous breakfast. An added bonus was the use of a secure garage for our motorcycle.
