The staff where amazing. Extremely helpful, very nice team. Especially the member of staff who worked New Year’s Eve night (I forgot his name). He was exceptional. Such a lovely person. We where there for my sons wedding on New Year’s Eve, this guy went out of his way to make sure we all enjoyed ourselves, especially the fireworks at midnight. Nice selection of cold breakfast buffet. Rooms a wee bit on the small side, but they where ok. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable room and bed, with a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities which are always welcome. Good bathroom facilities, with a powerful shower and good water heat control. There was a splendid choice of items at breakfast which provided a excellent start to the day and our onwards journey. The hotel has good access to the autobahn network without being too close to be impacted by traffic noise. Its location in an area with other office buildings and a retail park meant that there was little overnight external noise.

It was a shame that the staff decided to dispose of glass bottles in the large waste bin outside the hotel and beneath our window after 22.30 hours, shattering an otherwise quiet evening. Having to pay EUR12 for overnight parking - whilst clearly stated in the online advertising - was a disappointment.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a modern design. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions.

The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, and the soundproofing could be improved as outside noise was sometimes noticeable.

We stayed overnight using it purely as a transit hotel before moving on to our destination. The check in process was very easy and the Staff were friendly, polite and spoke excellent English. If you have a lot of cases, at the front of the Hotel there are trolleys to stop you taking repeated trips to your vehicle. Rooms are good size, equipped well, very clean and comfy. The road outside was busy but did not bother us so the Hotel must have had good sound insulation. Please note that parking is 12 Euros per night. If your disabled, show the Staff at check in your disabled badge and the 12 Euro parking fee is waived.

If I am being petty, the floor to the disabled rooms on the ground floor are not great as it has an incline, but the incline is manageable, if your in a wheelchair it could prove a challenge but am sure that the excellent Staff will assist.

We would not belive, that a chain hotel can in fact distinguish from other chain hotels and in this particular case Holiday Inn Dortmud does. Starting from a very professional check-in service, through an extraordinary cleanliness in the suprisingly specious room to the very rich and diverse breakfast we were always positively supprised. Highly recommended.

Room was clean tidy and had modern decor. Good range at breakfast. Car Parking on site at 12 euros a day. Price of hotel was good when compared to others nearby. There are eateries nearby for evening meals. They also provided a kettle in the room so take your own teabags or coffee.

Shame there wasn't the usual hot food at breakfast that I am accustomed too in previous visits to german hotels. But having said that what was available was fine. Having stayed in Holiday Inn Express in the UK they provided free hot drinks 24/7. This hotel had the same drinks machine but other than breakfast time you had to pay extra for drinks from the machine.

Good modern hotel, bed was extremely comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly Easy location, for me it was a 10 minute drive for work.

Internet is shocking bad, reminds me of the 90s with dial up It was difficult trying to complete some work one evening. Rooms are small, but not an issue.

The hotel was vey nice and clean. The room was small but we could manage, it wasn't a problem. The staff was friendly. They recommended a nice restaurant nearby because the hotel has only breakfast. The parking lot is outside but suitable for any type of car regardless of size. The hotel seems to be in a new neighborhood, quiet atmosphere.

A great hotel for the money you pay. Excellent breakfast options. The location is very comfortable for tram (U47) and near is a big park (green area). The staff is friendly. Its nice and clean, also close to the airport (by Uber 12 mins at night).
