The room was super clean, and I was really happy about it. While the room was basic, it had everything I needed. It felt as though I was the first person to stay there (even though the hotel has been around for two years), which speaks to the exceptional level of maintenance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I checked-in quite late, and parking was a bit of a challenge. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for me, but overall, I’m very satisfied. The location was ideal for my needs, the room was sound proof (the hotel is close to a main road, so as long as the window was closed of course), the cleanliness, friendly staff, and reasonable price (~70 Euros for a queen bed room) made it a great experience. I’ve already booked my next stay. Thank you! :)

I did not like the fact that when wanting to extend my stay I have asked the staff and being told there are no rooms for the extended 2 days I was asking. I was able to find rooms on Booking.com however not able to extend it from mobile app. So I had to do it via another website unfortunately. Response from the staff after booking the room was "oh glad you managed to do it"....same person who told us there were no rooms on no platforms despite our efforts to explain.

The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfast is well diversified and is served till late, the location is great, easy to access from airport and next to tram that go to city centre. The room is quite spacious and clean.

For us, it was a little bit too cold. The air conditioning starts by himself depending on the outside temperature. For sure, we have been received an additional blanket if required, but we stayed only one night. All the rest was great.

The hotel is well situated. The city center can easily be accessed by the tram that stops near the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. Attentive, friendly and helpful staff.

Sometimes the hotel car park was fully occupied, but parking was still available in the streets nearby. The chair in the room was outworn and need to be replacement.

I liked is quait and lovely staff. Speak english perfectly and i had no difficulty in paying cash at the arrival. Was very clean and smell nice.

The matress on bed was very hard and pillows were very thick. No option to have a thin pillow. Also there was no bidé in the bathroom. The price was very high for 1 beer we bought at the arrival -13€😱😱!!!

There was no safe or cooler in the room. The towels were rough. I would have liked the option to order dinner there instead of having to have food delivered.

i dont love that i had to pay for parking just because i got there later. there are free spots in the lot but then if they are taken you have to pay for the underground lot. seems like it should all be free or all charged but less?

We have traveled around and booked the room, as they had a good availability and good location. Room was very clean, fresh bed linen and comfy beds. We have travelled with a boy in the wheelchair and they were happy to provide room downstairs. So if you are looking for a clean big room and accessible, do not hesitate to book it :). Had great difficulty in finding the hotel. Car satnav didn't pick the address up and I had to rely on the old Eyeball MK1 to find it
