good size of room and bed. comfortable bed. nice view to the back side of the hotel. nice sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool.

expensive breakfast. water in jacuzzi not warm enough. swimming pool area a bit windy and cold. the staffs need to be more friendly and smile more.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city, with ample parking space in front of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable. We requested for baby cots, that were pre-arranged for us. Staff was helpful and accomodated us for a early check-in. The hotel is big, and sometimes difficult to find your way out/in. Indoor (heated) swimming pool was a big big advantage to this property.

Parking in front of the hotel did not seem to be very safe at night. Prefer to park inside (for a charge). If you are travelling with stroller, the access is not very convenient. Electric car charging station at the hotel did not work.

A historic hotel built into the wall of the town. Spacious room, big windows that open, lovely terrace for coffee. Right by the Station. Has amazing function rooms. Breakfast a reasonable price by today's standards, but cafes and bakery within walking distance. Lift. Historic Norman church opposite. Station shops open at weekends. Cheapest price I've paid in a while, but no shortchanging!

There was paid parking for 1 hour right outside, but with steps to reception. Once they give you the somewhat intricate directions for the multi-storey parking, you can access hotel without steps. Luggage trolley provided.

The room was very big with comfortable beds. We had a large bathtub. The breakfast was decent, with a good range of fresh fruits, breads, cheese, etc. I travelled with a group of 8 friends and we had 3 rooms. The staff was accomodating and ensured we had a good stay. Swimming pool was awesome, there were times when it was just our group. Also since we went on a weekend, we did not have to pay for on-street parking. Everything is nearby - train station, restaurants, we also got coupons form the hotel for bus rides locally.

Parking in the area is a bit difficult especially on weekdays as most of it is paid parking. The property has allotted parking space which is expensive. The staff did not know much about on street parking, so we had to figure it our by ourself. The sauna did not work when we went there, so couldnt say much

The location was great, it was nice and clean, with a very nice, and big breakfast buffet. The room and bathroom was quite big.

The beds were awful, probably the worst we have ever tried. The spa area was very nice, but there were nowhere to change your clothes, wich was inconvenient. The information about the spa area was very poor and need to be better.

The staff was really nice and helpful! We felt super welcome. The Location is Perfect Short Walk distance from the Train Station what make it super easy if you Travel by Train Like us. And walking distance to the City Center were the market and Restaurants are. The instalations were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a 10 out of 10.

Friendly staff, very polite. Close to the train station and to the Old town. Silent at night despite being situated next to the train station.YOu can hardly hear trains in room.Clean.Nice barman ;)

Breakfast could be better- there is no fish, no quark, no cakes for coffee. The spa area need some reparaion work. That is a huge buiding so be prepared to walk a bit through corridors.

Breakfasts were really good with a huge range of different foods. Spa/sauna ad pool were clean and easy to access. Robes and extra towels were available f.o.c on request. The reception staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful, providing extra coat hangers and an adapter when we forgot ours, and printing out our boarding passes for the trip home

The restaurant was in a fantastic room but only had a buffet (the same every night) which we thought was overpriced

The reception staff was very personal, I got along with all of them especially richy whom I came down to chat with for fun whenever I was bored. I didn't learn the names of the others but they gave me wonderful advice for my motorcycle trip and helped me with parking and special requests. 11/10.

It's an old building and things can't be changed much but in summer it can get hot and it's quite tight, but that's not much to be changed. The bathrooms though and where you place your towels I did not like, pulling one towel off the first night I dropped the two below it into the toilet by accident, very cramped.

No parking for taller cars. Big rooms with big TV and recently renovated big bathroom . Wonderful swimming pool with nearly no other people. Very nice breakfast , big breakfast room with view, and we were nearly the only people there. Next to the main street in Goslar with plenty of things to do.
