This hotel was amazingly clean, and very comfortable. It is also just next to Altona trainstation with a lot of restaurants nearby as well as shopping options. Defenitelly I would consider to stay here again!

The only thing I didn't like was that the "double bed" for me and my wife were 2 single beds put together, but they would easily slip appart from each other... creating a hole in-between.

A reception person attended my partner, who was feel a bit not good at the moment of check-in, kindly arranged a room even before the official check-in hour. thank you very much for your flexibility and hospitality! our trip after then went super as planned to enjoy Hamburg! Not only him but the other staff in frühstück were also beautifully attendfull. nice team.

Good location. Not in the city centre, but close to the train station and only few stations away from the Alster by S1 train. Very quiet despite being near train station. Great breakfast

Left the windows open at night and a truck made lot of noise early in the morning waking up earlier than wanted Tip: close it ;) but consider street on the front

Unfortunately I got an old smaller room but it was very decent and very clean. I did book only a couple of days before during the euros.

Location. Early check in allowed for us who had just finished traveling with a night train.

There was a cleaner lady who prohibited us to hang the "do not disturb" sign.

The breakfast was great, and so was the staff. Location is great right by the train station Altona. Also the room was nice and large ,with a double couch.
