Location: The hotel is in a very good location just 5 mins walk from Harburg Rathaus S-bahn stop. Its around 15-20 minutes by Sbahn S3 or S5 from Hamburg hauptbahnhof. In the vicinity of hotel there are many nice restaurants. Also, netto is nearby. The hotel room was clean and staff is very friendly and nice.
The housekeeping staff was weird. The person knocked on the door at 10:30 am, 30 minutes before the checkout and just demanded he needed to clean the room without asking anything or requesting it. Bathroom in our room was very small.

Our room’s AC wasn’t working properly when we arrived, and after we waited a few hours while having dinner out in town, we were offered to move to another room as the hotel staff had determined that it wasn’t cooling adequately.
As previous guests have noted, the hotel’s restaurant is sometimes closed. According to staff, each week they decide whether to keep it open based on if there are conference guest or not. However, the hotel is centrally located, so there are other restaurants to choose from about a 10-minute walk away.

Breakfast is not good. Variety of Coffe in the breakfast at hotel is very low. I couldn't drink any coffee as free.

hardly the hotel‘s fault, but the area is a bit dodgy; that said, it’s about five minutes to the subway station - ca. 30 mins to the center of Hamburg

The staff was really nice and gentle, the amenities were so beautiful and clean, the lobby is amazing.
A little bit overpriced and the neighborhood was quite chaotic.

Very friendly staff, convenient location, easily accessible from the Hamburg Hbf, comfortable and quiet room. Good facilities. Good price too when I booked.
Nothing particular to complain about. Just stayed one night and all was fine.
