We had an absolutely amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options to choose from. A complimentary glass of champagne on arrival was such a thoughtful touch and really brightened up our long journey. We were also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade for our family, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for everyone looking for a welcoming and memorable experience!

The room was huge and clean. There is parking on site at an extra cost. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 5 minutes walking distance to old city and Christmas markets. The breakfast basic, but good and they also prepare the coffee of your choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

If you're coming by car it is slightly difficult to find the entrance to the hotel and the parking. There is no other parking space around the building. I got a parking ticket within 3 minutes that I left the car to go to the reception!

* The room was above a tram track, which was noisy, even with the windows closed and earplugs. Definitely too noisy to really enjoy the little balcony * Telephone in the room has a big LED display that lights up the room when the lights are off. Needed to be covered with a hand towel to block the light

It was a lovely hotel with nice rooms and a good breakfast. The members of the staff working in the morning was very smiling, polite and the man in the kitchen was so sweet to come out and tell us about the cherry putting.

We arrived late in the evening at the person at the front desk, a man (who wasn’t wearing the same outfit as the members of the staff we meet the next morning) wasn’t a people person. He seemed very angry and annoyed. He didn’t speak one bit English, only German, and I really don’t understand why a hotel accommodating tourists, hires a man who can’t speak English. Luckily I understood his angry mumbling German. He couldn’t provide any kind of help, where to park our car, he only told us that our room was on the 4 th floor, not where the stairs or elevator was, and he didn’t tell us when the breakfast buffet was open from and till. I was a very unpleasant experience, and I don’t see us coming back.

I was really impressed by the size of the hotel rooms — easily the biggest I’ve ever stayed in. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Another plus was the convenient garage parking.

The only downside was that the room didn’t have air conditioning. It got extremely hot, especially at night.

Large room including a little balcony. Excellent position, less than 5 minutes from the main station. The staff were very helpful, taking our bags up to our room (we arrived before check in) while we were out. Good breakfast with a wide choice. Our second time in the hotel and if we decided to visit Leipzig again, we would definitely return here.

There was nothing in particular which we didn't like.

Location is very good. 3 mins walk from the central train and bus station. Close to all sightseeing areas and city centre. Its very clean. Its spotless. Breakfast is delicious and lot of variety

*No espresso machine in the room. *No heating in the room, the blankets were tiny for a 1.84 person. *The beds were really not comfortable. bouncy and if my wife move, I move. *There was an extensive supply of food. However, breakfast was not to our taste, we tried almost everything

5 minutes walk from Leipzig hbf, 10 minutes walk from the zentrum, spacious rooms and free room type upgrade. It was a nice stay, thank you.

Baby crib costs extra and costs 35 euros, an average crib starts from 70 euros, the price was a high. We stayed for Euro 2024, the prices were a little high because it was a busy period. The extra baby crib price could not have been charged within the high price.

Easy to find from the train station, just a few minutes walk. Friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms clean, tidy, spacious and well decorated. Comfortable bed. Generous buffer breakfasts, with a wide variety. Only negative is the noisy tram outside which finish late and start early - ear plugs advised
