I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's location is unbeatable, allowing me to walk to work with ease. The breakfast buffet was truly incredible, offering a vast array of delicious options to start my day. But what really stood out was the exceptional service throughout the hotel - from the front desk to the dining staff, everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. My room was stunning, with luxurious bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail and comfort was evident in every aspect of the room's design. Overall, I highly recommend Rene Bohn for its prime location, outstanding service, and exceptional amenities. I look forward to my next stay!"

Lovely modern hotel with a stylish interior. Very friendly and helpful staff, really good beds and a quiet room. We had a great breakfast on the patio outside with our dog. The choice of the buffet is magnificent, super fresh and the service is given with real pleasure. We had a really good stay on our travels through Germany.

You are allowed to bring your dog, but be aware it is not allowed in the restaurant. We had breakfast out on the patio, which was great for us (26°C at 9:00 o'clock in the morning). But in the winter or when colder, I have no idea where you have to eat your breakfast! Maybe this is taken care of in a different way.

Super friendly staff on arrival, even offered us a glass of champagne. Hotel itself is amazing and the breakfast is one of the best. you can dine inside the hotel or you can walk five minutes up the road to a traditional pub.

Room was too hot because the air-conditioner just didn’t seem to work and would not bring down the temperature. told them at reception all they had to say was they were gonna get someone to look into it.

It was an amazing room, very comfy, all the amenities one could want. And the staff was incredibly polite and helpful with issues. Offered me plenty of freebies, and definitely made me feel like a very valued customer. A highlight was definitely the breakfast, very much worth the time, and they even had reasonable opening times!

The mattress was quite stiff. This really hampered my comfort at night. The AC for some reason only wanted to heat up the room, at some point we had 28c, but the staff was INCREDIBLY helpful in resolving this issue.

Lovely hotel & staff. Extremely comfortable beds. Great showers. Well catered for our 2 year old. Free on site parking. Excellent breakfast selection. The turn down service was appreciated.

We would have liked to use the hotel restaurant for our evening meals, however there were events and there was a pop up restaurant alternative very close by. Unfortunately the 24/7 room service was unexpectedly unavailable due to staffing when we were relying on it, and we were left with no options to get food for the evening due to coming back very late from a concert. Despite this the manager listened to our complaint, was extrememly apologetic and assured us that this situation would be addressed for future situations.

we experienced racism from some of the staff because of our Middle Eastern appearance .despite our reservation being at 2 pm ,they made us wait till 3pm,which was difficult as we have kids with us ,and we had already spent long way on the road. the worst part was when we arrived ,they informed us that our rooms were in two separate buildings , even though we had reserved and paid for two connected or nearby rooms due to having 4 kids. At the reception they were unkind and made us pay extra to get adjacent rooms . however it is important to note that the other stuff members were very friendly and helpful

They really go all out trying to please their guests. Our room was quiet and wonderful all around. The breakfast provided impressive choice and the quality of the food was outstanding. They offer free welcome drinks. It was so good there that we decided to extend our stay there.

The selection of pillows was what won my heart. The staff were fabulous, both kind and courteous

The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular. The Flammkuchen I had the first night was really unacceptable. Soggy, thin flavorless topping.

Everything was just great! Impeccably clean all over, very good restaurant (served us dinner after 9pm, many vegetarian dishes), fantastic breakfast! In the room - blackout curtains, very quiet, very comfortable bed, coffee making machine. The team - incredibly pleasant, hospitable and accommodating. Welcome drink, and even little faraway gift! Absolute best stay (and we travel a lot), we are very grateful!

I think the tea was not available in the room (I was ok with my own), but if we asked the reception it would be most certainly provided

Breakfast and room were excellent. Only caveat when we arrived at the hotel bar at midnight there was no one there to serve us so we went to bed but overall very pleasant stay!

Parking when returning to the hotel in the late evening can be a problem.
