The location of the hotel is a little far from the city but it was very accessible to public transport. There is a bus stop just outside of the hotel that will bring you to Bahnhof or the train Station. It is also walkable about 5-10min walk from train station to the hotel. The room assigned to us was newly renovated and it was comfortable, sound proof i guess. The breakfast selection was also good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a complimentary coffee. The hotel was also near grocery so it was really convenient.

Nothing really disturbing. There was no complementary water, or toiletries (shower cap, sanitary kit). There was no slippers provided or bathrobes. Other hotels offer these things or is already prepared in the room. Aside from that nothing really big.

We had a lot of trouble contacting the hotel prior to our arrival as we needed to let them know a significant change in our arrival time. They did not reply to multiple messages sent through the booking.com platform, to any of our emails sent direct to the hotel and did not answer the phone on several calls. Eventually we reached them through the holiday inn reservations number after waiting on hold for ages. But they were helpful once we got through to them. Would have been good to have had some sausages and bacon at the breakfast buffet. Location wasn’t fantastic, no restaurants close by and a reasonable walk to train station.

mould in a shower, carpet in our room was all in stains, not pleasant to see.

Breakfast was excellent. Bedsheets are changed every day, but in order to promote savings and ecology, if you announce that you don't need room service for tomorrow, you will get a free drink at the hotel bar. This is something every hotel should have, very nice concept. The hotel was very quiet so we could rest and sleep even during the day. Hotel staff very nice and pleasent. Location is also superb as there are many shops, restaurants in the near vicinity of the hotel, and also many stations of public transportation. Therefore you can choose tram, bus, S-bahn or U-Bahn to get you to every part of Munich in no time.

The self service breakfast buffet was kept open late which was brilliant to grab a quick bite when I had a lie in. This is best hotel I have visited for breakfast times. The staff were all extremely friendly and it was an amazing extra touch in the evening when the bar staff were making us complimentary toasties with crisps. We felt very looked after. I also left my AirPods in my room and they have not disappeared and they are helping get them back to me in the UK

The location wasn’t the best, with not much around the hotel, we needed to travel for good food or drink options, BUT the location isn’t something that can be changed and we were aware of the location when we booked, so not something that can be a negative, we were just happy to find any hotel in Munich for Scotlands Euro football fun!

The staff were the best, I didn’t realise but I forgot to book an extra day at the hotel but the staff there was so lovely and sorted it out for me quickly and we managed to stay in the same room. The room was really roomy and clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything was working and clean. The breakfast was great with lots to chose from, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The train to and from the city center was straight forward and easy to navigate. I’d definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed for 6 days while visiting Munich for holidays. We are a family of seven (kids, parents and grandparents) and booked three rooms. The hotel staff was really helpful in everything we requested/asked and the rooms were clean & tidy. Important to note, the rooms were exactly as seen at the hotel listing. Breakfast was really good to start your day with lots of variety. The hotel is in a quiet area and close to a bus station that really helped us in commuting in and our of the city (used bus 190 a lot).

Some of the facilities need some maintenance (e.g. the bathrooms had some smell in the morning), we also saw some spider webs here and there. The internet speed is limited to 1 Mbit/s per device which is low. This is not a criticism but an improvement suggestion to the hotel.

The room was very clean and the heating worked. Breakfast included potato nuggets and hot bread rolls (when our timing was good). The waiter at the bar of the adjoining Holiday Inn was funny and friendly.

The room didn't have a kettle when we arrived but one was brought up to the room after this was reported - this is the second this occurred at stays at this hotel. The bed was too soft at one edge. At the breakfast buffet, potato nuggets were not replenished on our last day.

The room was good, just missing bedside shelves. bathroom great but maintenance wise they didn't do their job properly - the sink faucet strainer wasn't cleaned all over was scaled from the water and splashed everywhere, the hair dryer wasn't cleaned from the back, was full of dirt and shut off due to overheating . had to wait 5 minutes for it to cool down before starting work. I cleaned the faucet strainer and then it was fine no spray, I tried cleaning the hair dryer to get it to work. The breakfast at the hotel exceeded my expectations, it was too good and too tasty. The staff very pleasant and helpful. if I were to return to Munich, I would stay here again, and I recommend it to everyone, close connection to the subway, train and bus.

Close to the bus station, and the S- bound (10 min of walk) Near the supermarket Lidl. The place was looking very good, clean, and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean, and well prepared. Breakfast was ok, not too many options , and repeating every day. There is a restaurant, but it is on the other side of the express hotel.

On our stay there were a lot of kids that were making a lot of noise in the hall, and also they were renovating some of the rooms at that time.
