Great breakfast

My reservation at this hotel for May 8th and 9th worked fine. Unfortunately my reservation for the 24th through the 26th was not on the books properly. My reservation paperwork showed me is having the hotel reserved for the 24th through the 26th. The hotel on the other hand showed that reservation for next September. Fortunately, we caught it early and they were able to change the reservation to reflect the booking.com paperwork.

The room was very quiet and both the bedroom and the bathroom were quite large. It was also a walking distance to my conference venue and there was a metro close by.

My room had a connecting door to the room next to mine, the door could close but that gave me a bit of worry; however, after speaking to the personnel, they reassured me that the door could not be opened on the other side. Also, there was no shampoo left in the shower.

Great location out of the city, but right next to public transport and only 15 minutes from town. Lovely staff and very helpful. We booked for Adele so it was perfect for sightseeing and being not too far from the concert.

There was some major disparities in what you got in a room. I booked 2 rooms, one came with a bath, a fan and cold water in the fridge. The other came without these, plus it also lacked extra pillows and a wardrobe.

The room was very clean, nice and quiet.

While the majority of the staff was very kind and warm, I had trouble communicating with one person at the reception, be it in English or German. It seemed to me that this person could not understand either languages or was unwilling to provide the host the assistance they required. It was a somewhat disappointing experience that I had to return to the reception over three times to ask for a service.

This is a good hotel outside of town, there is plenty on street parking around. Breakfast is good. Staff were nice

The beds are very soft and uncomfortable. The room had a fan but no aircon as it was quite hot. We found empty shower liquid (soap,body wash) bottles. Both of us found human hair in our breakfast

Clean, quiet, good location, close to multiple public transport options, and nicely modern. Friendly staff (we were allowed an early check-in as soon as our room was available)

No storage space (no real cupboard and no hooks to hang a coat, towel and/or toiletries-bag). There‘d be plenty of places where you could place a sideboard or hooks to improve storage. The room felt modern but like the designer never spent two nights in there.

Staff at reception were very helpful and explained the best ways to go to city centre

I needed to stay in this hotel as my trip was staring here, so it was a bit difficult to get here late in the evening when I arrives - a long taxi journey (I did not know about the nearest U-Bahn station then)

Good location - metro + city train are pretty close. The price corresponds to quality. Delicious breakfasts with a good variety of dishes. Clean and cozy rooms. Pleasant staff. I chose this hotel because I had stayed at Mercure before in two other countries. And Mercure in Munich lived up to my expectations

The room was a little dirty but that's reasonable. The first two days there was a problem with the room keys, we only received compensation after I went to ask for it, it's very disappointing that the staff didn't offer compensation themselves.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Cleanliness comfort. Good breakfast. Quiet area of ​​Munich. The metro station is 5 minutes walk.

Had room reservations from August 4th arrived at 3am. We were offered a room for an additional fee. We agreed, but the fee turned out to be 100% for the previous day, which was not very correct on their part. But we were very tired and agreed with this. I understand that these are the rules, but they could have made a discount, especially since I informed about the time of arrival in advance.
