Nice hotel! The bed was very comfortable, very silence and peaceful. We stayed at the hotel for four days, during Adele’s concert! We had couple dinner at the restaurant it was ok, good food, but unfortunately it was a room service menu only. The restaurant is beautiful and cozy, wish that they would have a proper dinner menu. They sad that they were short on staff (?!). The breakfast was good as well with plenty of options. The location is good, there is a station on 15 minutes walking, and also a little mall nearby with groceries and bakery as well!

Everything was ok, except for the AC that was not cold enough.

The rooms were of perfect size for our stay at least. Very clean and neat too! The toilet was also very well maintained. The staff was civil and diligent when asked help. Taxis were lined up in front of the structure if transport was needed. 10 minutes walk from the U-Bahn as well. Great quality and tasty food

You could hear everything from the corridor. No air conditioning nor any fridge. On the weekends you might wanna keep your windows closed due to the loud parties going on around, and with the absence of an AC, this can be torture. Not a large variety of breakfast foods, at least for the price we paid

Nice, diligent staff that is willing to help. I loved the decor in the room. Clean. The water in the bathroom ran hot immediately (in a lot of places it takes a little while for the water to warm up when taking a shower). The bed was comfortable. Right behind the hotel there is a building with a few restaurants (that are delicious, by the way), two supermarkets and a drugstore, which turned out to be very convenient.

It was too hot in the room (middle of August). They have a ventilation system that allows you to lower the temperature by a maximum of 3 degrees lower but the difference was barely noticeable. It would’ve been nice to have at least a portable fan. I know asking for AC in the rooms is probably too much. I didn’t like having to take a bus to get to the nearest subway/metro station. It was kind of annoying and inconvenient because buses take longer to arrive.

Τhe hotel is a bit far from the center, you can't go there by walking, but there is a bus stop and a metro nearby with continuous routes (3-4 stops from Marienplatz with the U3). There is plenty of space for parking outside, but I preferred its own closed underground parking with a small additional charge, with the possibility to leave whenever you want. towels and bathrobes changed every day, and generally very clean and quiet. Very spacious rooms. It was one of the best hotels I found for its category in August, with available rooms and normal price.

It was in a good location, nice quite place a bit outside the center, but easy to travel by tram. The breakfast was good, a lot of selection. Compared to the other fancy well known hotels, the breakfast stood out, much better!

The common areas were a bit worn out, rooms looked better but in our room the table was broken, mirror was dirty, covered with something. Small details that would have been an easy fix. Also i would recommend to add welcoming water bottels to rooms.

hotel looks very nice. close to the Olympiapark. next to shopping center. nice restaurant nearby. room had working AC, hot water, refrigerator and a kettle, it was quite spacious as well.

a bit too expensive probably due to a Taylor Swift concert but still very affordable. tight parking area also when I got there, there were no empty parking spots, I had to park in the mall next door.

It was in a really nice neighborhood, it was pretty quiet outside and I also think that this neighborhood is pretty safe. The building looked really nice from the outside and also from the inside.

I’m trying to focus on nice things so there is not much to say about bad things. Actually there is nothing bad to say about the property if you mean the property itself.

Good comfortable rooms, modern facilities, nice breakfast buffet.

Location is not ideal to go to the city center and back. Public transportation is great, but requires walking some 600-700 metres each way. Some nice restaurants and shops can be reached by foot around Leopoldstrasse (1000 metres)

Everything was excellent. The suite was huge and featured 2 bathrooms. Excellent location. Quick and easy to downtown and to Allianz. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

No included parking. 20€ to use their garage but we got lucky with nearby street parking.

The reception's staff was very considerate. Good location to come with car from outside, let the car in the parking and visiting with public's transport.

Room service opened the door at 9h when we were always in bed.
