Good bed, nice bathroom, possibility to open the window. I was given a room on the more silent side, which was great. Closeness to the railway station. I could get to the station early morning in 15 mins from 5th floor, with backpack and a cabin suitcase on wheels, avoiding stairs.

A bit slow elevator. Room 6xx was on 5th floor, which was a bit confusing. 😀

The view!! Location, you could easily walk to the center. Supermarket right next to it. Automatic roller curtains (however they didn't fully close)

Parking is NOT free.. Carpet on the floor, not very clean and unpleasant to be barefooted. Lights are too bright. I had to leave the bathrooms on for my kids, but the noise from the extractor was annoying. There are only 2 seats when the room is for 4..

Room was great..AC was amazing. I came on a motorcycle and parking was underground and secure behind gates.

They don't have proper kitchen or coffee shop . Only had coffee and drinks from machine. And you need cash or download some app.. i opted out of that. Supermarket is close

Central location, clean room, enough space (bigger than expected), good aircon. Underground parking, simple, but tasty breakfast. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Room and parking access based on codes, no plastic cards. Fair price.

Everything was ok

The family room is very well designed, featuring a bunk bed for children. The layout is excellent, the room is quite spacious and very clean. We had a great night's sleep; the bed was comfortable The bathroom was also clean. Although the property is located near the railway tracks, no noise could be heard in the room. It is conveniently close to shops.

The parking garage was very narrow.

B&B keeps their room rates low by not having room keys and letting you check in on a machine, and streamlining everything. I couldn't use the check in machine because you apparently do not get the required reservation code if you book through booking.com, and I could also not use the drink and snack machine (it takes small cash only, the only way to pay by card is through an app, which simply did not work). Fortunately the lady at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful and solved all these problems, so I will most likely stay here again when transiting through Ulm.

We know B&B hotels which is why we booked this one. Location was great, very near central station. We had our rooms almost next to each other which we had asked for and the rooms were clean. View was out to the back of the station but did not stay there for the view. Easy and quick walk into the city centre. We had breakfast which is fine for the price.

If you need a view for your stay then this hotel is maybe not your first choice. There are also no additional services like an iron or coffee machine/kettle in the rooms if this important to you.

The hotel is part of the B&B hotel chain and is quite well maintained. The staff were really helpful in pointing out places of interest. Breakfast was really good and even had gluten free bread available for breakfast for people with intolerances. It is located slightly away from the city centre but within walking distance from both the train station and city.

Check-in process could have been easier as they have this self check in machine at the entrance but it did not work for us because we booked through booking.com. The problem was that the machine still asked us to pay even though we had already paid online. Be careful not to double pay!

Nice location near the main train station, basic room but very clean. TV, heating, towels and toiletries are provided. Also a walking distance from the city center and the Danube river bank. Good value for money, but keep in mind that parking is 10 euros/day.

Parking expensive compared to other cities. Also, the basement parking is very narrow.

The room was fine, facing the train station and with the window shut it wasn't noisy, it was a bit warm in the room though. There is paid parking under the hotel, which we fortunately could still get into after official check-in hours. There was a staff member still around willing to help us in the garage. The staff we met where friendly and helpful.
