This is the perfect location and facilities for my needs when traveling. Central, affordable, breakfast is perfect.

I have stayed for two weeks and I have asked my linen to be changed after one week, this didn't happen. I have also found that the bare minimum was delivered in terms of room cleaning. I would have used my glass, but it was not replace for the whole two weeks. These are not deal breakers, but I travel a lot and in comparison to other "cost effective" accommodation, this is something that I can recommend needs some attention.

A decent hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel met all our needs — the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is excellent, right in the city center. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the main train station and just 1 minute to the nearest tram stop. The city itself is charming and relaxed, perfect for walking around. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

No negative stuff to say here. But perhaps a comment: It’s confusing that there are two Ibis (red and blue) next to each other. Although ours was the red one, we had to first go to the blue one due to a misleading poster in blue. It would be nice if that confusion could have no room in the future.

I only improvements I can think of would be to have tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge in the rooms. Being able to make a coffee or tea first (or last) thing each day and keep cold water would make a big difference

The staff was really nice and helpful with my various requests. The room was cozy and nice.

I missed a fridge in the room. Not sure how common it is in Germany. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable - if you lean on the wall while sitting on it, it slides away from the wall

Short walk into Ulm central, which we really liked with excellent help and recommendations from the chap in reception. The room was fine....it's an IBIS and I like the fact that you know what you're getting. The car parking was good and secure. Had to ask for directions as it's around the back of the hotel in Bessererstrasse.

The hotel is located very close to the old city center, a 5 minute walk. The hotel has a private garage at the back, it costs 10 EUR per day.

There was no handle or lock on the bathroom door in my room, and the door was opening on its own unless a blockade (suitcase) was put in front of it. The room was in the 6tg floor, and the elevator is quite small (especially when more people use it) and slow.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was exceptional, very close to the city centre of Ulm. I did not have breakfast in the hotel, hence I am not able to comment there. In general, I would recommend the hotel for a work trip.

Very friendly receptionist, we were able to check in early, room was compact but very well appointed and clean, very comfortable bed, great location. Air conditioning in room Good parking.

It would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities.

It is close from the city center where you can find all services. The bed is very comfortable and has enough space to work. Another advantage of this hotel is located 500 meters from the train station.
