24-h check-in (was super good cause Deutsche Bahn was it usual self with 1.5 h delay), so being able to check in after 23.00 was good. Check-in and check-out were super fast. Good air conditioning. 10-15 min on foot away from the train station. The bathroom was also suitable for people with disabilities (we did not need it but the fact that a random room in a hotel is like that is cool). A small fridge in the room. Room was in general similar to what was on the pictures.

The door to the bathroom was half-transparent, and it was a sliding door with a couple centimeters distance to the wall. So no privacy in the bathroom at all, you could hear everything! Definitely worth exchanging the door. Also for 3 people we got 4 towels (a usual expectation would be 6 - a big and a small per person) plus a towel for bathroom floor. It was ok for a 2-night stay, but not super comfortable.

This was the second Leonardo Royal Hotel we stayed in during our trip, fist one being in Nuremberg. I have to say I enjoyed a more relaxed atmosphere of this one more, but I'm overall impressed by the chain and will definitely be preffering them when booking in the future. Room was very nice and the bathroom was amazing, walking shower with a built in bench. I was extremely impressed by the receptionist who checked us out, she was extremely kind and made us feel very welcome. Overall, the staff was very kind and professional. Queer friendly establishment, which is always a big plus for me.

TV mostly only had German programmes, which is not good for foreign travellers. A bit of a walk to the city centre, but now too bad.

Very nice modern hotel. There is major road construction nearby but we didn't hear any noise at all. The room was large and very nice. The lobby was lively at night with a very friendly bartender. Parking was available underneath the hotel and was reasonably priced. Would have liked to stay more than one night.

Our 16 year old was on a pull out chair/sofa but wasn't very comfortable. I think likely suited to a smaller child. Our bed was fantastic and very comfortable.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and had multiple choices of both hot and cold options! The in-room ipad was confusing and several times cancelled my room cleaning all by itself!

The gym wasn't really big enough to do anything other than use a few machines! The laundry service was extortionate although it was good - if I stay again over a week then I will use a local laundromat - there is one 10 minutes away!

The efficiency of check in (we arrived outrageously late and exceptionally exhausted - around 4am - and were greeted kindly by the staff member at reception). The cleanliness of the rooms was great, the bathroom had a great shower with nice toiletries, the blackout curtains meant we could sleep in until just before the 12pm check-out time on very comfortable beds. Exactly what we needed as a couple of very weary travellers.

Location was useful, being on the edge of the city centre. A short walk and across the rail station footbridge takes you to the main shopping area, central plaza and the River Danube. Although close to some main roads, the rooms are quiet and air conditioned. The underground car park is clean and functional.

The hotel itself is very smart, but the area around it is a bit scruffy. From the building work going on next to it the city is trying to improve matters.

Helpful staff.. Gave me an umbrella when I told them I lost mine and the weather was rainy. Thank you! This is the second time I stayed here and although it's quite a walk from the train station with our luggage, it's better this time when there's no construction work around.

We had problem getting to the hotel with our luggage when the lifts at the train station didn't work. Otherwise everything is fine.

Comfortable stay pretty close to the city center. Excellent breakfast, many options and good quality for the price.

There is a construction site nearby, which makes accessing the parking by car pretty confusing. The route shown on the GPS navigator was blocked by the constructions so we had to turn around, and we saw other people searching like us. It would be helpful to have an indicator to the hotel while constructions are ongoing. Or let us know in advance from which street you can access the hotel.

Large, comfortable room. The bathroom was modern and a lovely large shower. Good access from the main roads and only 10 minutes walk into the centre. Have stayed here before and the welcome is always friendly and helpful.

Unfortuantely, there is a lot of building work in the vicinity (May 2024). However, given the extent of the works, the roads remained clear and there was zero noise or disruption during the evening, night or during breakfast.

The hotel was in excellent conditions. The staff takes care of every detail. The rooms are spacious and well mainteined. The bathroom if very confortable. Brakfast is excellent and the service awesom. We also travelled with two small dogs and we have no problem at all with them. The location is close to a main road but you will not hear anithing in your room. Located close to the city center so nice to go for a walk and discover the city.

If you travell with a roof box in your car, it will be not possible to use the hotel parking. There are a few parking spots along the street but they are not always available.
