This is probably the most thoughtfully designed hotel we’ve stayed at recently. Unlimited access to tea and coffee. In the lobby, there’s a fridge with reasonably priced beer and wine. Our family room had two bedrooms, a small kitchen, and everything we needed to heat up food and dine. Large free parking nearby. And a real gem – a kids’ playroom with entertainment, including billiards, air hockey, and more. A fantastic breakfast where you can also try and buy jams made by the family who owns the hotel. The proximity to the water park is also a big plus. We were delighted.

Cute hotel with very good breakfast and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The common area was also nice to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a beer. Friendly staff and late check-in was easy to arrange.

The apartment on the basement floor had a strange smell and odd layout as the access to the bathroom was in one of the bedrooms instead of the hallway, so you have to go through the other bedroom to use the bathroom.

Beautiful family-run hotel in proximity to München and Erding Therme. Delicious home-made breakfast, great variety of fresh products. Location is super nice for kids - indoor playroom with toys, outdoor playground, trampoline,… just amazing how everything is done with care and attention. Second time staying there and would love to return again.

Two separate rooms, 1 with 3 single beds and 1 with double bed, with dining table and small Kitchenette. Was enough for family with 3 kids. Really clean and was cool even in August. The breakfast simple but enough, the staff really nice and the play room for kids is a nice touch.

Lovely and welcoming! Charming hosts. Great family room with games, coffee, and a very nice back yard. Kitchenette and fridge in the room.

It was a lovely cool evening, which made it great to have the windows open. I would simply recommend asking for a room toward the back of the property if one is a light sleeper.

The property was cosy and very clean. Our room had everything you could want or need and the breakfast was incredible! They had so many different homemade jams and spreads, the selection was amazing. This is a family run operation and they are very friendly and attentive.

We were blown away by how quaint and unique this place was. It is family owned and all of them are very kind and humble. There is a little gane room for kids which was a nice surprise to helo keep our 9yr old entertained. The homemade breakfast was delicious!! I cant say enough things about this place and the family. I would absolutely recommend them over and over again.

The rooms could use higher quality bedding/pillows more like a hotel.

The staff was extremely kind and charming. The facilities were modern and clean and the room size was wonderful. They left little haribos bags every day which is a cute detail. Besides that, breakfast was complete and delicious

The location was quite far from everything, but that’s not a problem if you’re willing to relax.

We had a lovely stay -- the hotel staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was wonderful! Traveling with our 3 teenagers is not easy in terms of space, but the room combination we had here was perfect. Our room was spotless. Kids loved the playground and garden. It was also in a great location - perfect for a quiet alternative to Munich airport hotels (only around 20 minutes to the airport). Would definitely stay again!
