From our arrival to our departure the staff and experience was great. This hotel well exceeded expectations in every regard. The staff arranged our transport to/from the airport and was at the curb to unload our luggage and take it to our room while we caught our breath after a long international flight. They immediately provided complimentary made to order coffee and a snack. Our room was clean, well laid out, and provided all the necessities. Breakfast was AMAZING and complementary. For breakfast, we had omelettes and specialty coffee made to order as well as fresh squeezed orange juice and traditional Greek cheeses, meats, and Greek salad. The on-site restaurant for dinner or room service was also good. We had an issue in Athens with our cell phone being stolen and came back to the hotel quite defeated, the staff took great care to help. They welcomed us upon each return and continued to make sure all our needs were met.

The only drawback was accessibility to the upper floors - there is an elevator, but it's about 10 steps up from a flight of stairs at the entry without adequate handrails. Once you're up the flight of stairs the elevator is fine, but if you have mobility issues this may be a challenge. However, staff was always nearby to assist with luggage or going up/down the stairs if needed.

My experience at L7 Boutique hotel was exceptional from the wonderful welcome and throughout my stay there. I was upgraded to the beautiful Blue Suite and felt totally pampered from day one. The food was flavorful and delicious and the service was just right. The perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. I would most certainly recommend a wonderful stay here 🎉🎉🎉🎉

The staff is amazing and the rooms are so clean. I had the free soft drinks and everything is perfect. Mentioning that we had a bottle of wine in the room. Tv has Netflix, amazon prime, you tube and everything. So cosy and lovely. Breakfast is superb. Nice and healthy

I loved everything. From the moment you walk in to the stay itself, the staff are very warm, welcoming and accommodating. The place was really clean and spacious. Two sinks in the bathroom was a bonus! My favourite part was the breakfast. Since it is a boutique hotel it is smaller, so less guests. Most days we had the whole place to ourselves for breakfast. The food was really good - freshly made eggs upon request. The waiter was very attentive, constantly refilled our glass with water, got us anything we needed throughout the whole breakfast. Best hotel buffet experience out of all my trips.

During my stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The hotel’s modern amenities and stylish decor created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I stepped through the door. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. Despite the limited view from the window, the abundance of natural light flooded the space, enhancing the bright and airy feel of the room.The hotel’s central location was also a major plus, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. And to top it all off, the delicious breakfast provided each morning was the perfect way to start the day.

I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious break. It is truly an exquisite hotel with attention to detail that you won't find elsewhere. I was really happy with the room that I have booked. The hotel immediately responded to my request and moved me to an amazing suite and delivered a lovely bottle of red wine. The service was superb, and I am truly grateful. The hospitality and customer service were top-notch. I can’t stress enough how excellent this hotel is. From the lοvely staff tο the spaciοus rooms and excellent facilities, it has everything you need for a perfect stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in luxury and comfort. It is a great place to relax, unwind and be treated like royalty.
