The pool area was amazing. We were also given towels as well to use for the beach which was a plus as we didn't want to carry those with us. The apartment was clean and had a fridge, a kettle and a toaster which was great. Some stuff like oil and salt were not provided but the market sells these things for very cheap if you plan to cook there a lot. Also there was an AC in every room which was a huge plus.

No window in the bathroom so it did get a bit stuffy sometimes

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Aloni Suites! The apartment was very large, spotless, and well-maintained — perfect for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Everything was cleaned thoroughly every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The big balcony was a real highlight, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious place to stay with excellent hospitality

The room had a charmingly dated feel, with the bathroom and furniture reflecting the area’s character, but everything was clean and functional, which made me feel instantly relaxed upon arrival. The hotel was very accommodating with our early check-in, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. It was a lovely getaway in a picturesque rural setting with stunning scenery all around. We enjoyed a balcony equipped with a clothes drying rack—a thoughtful touch, considering the nearby pool and beaches. There were several restaurants and a convenience store nearby, and while the hotel offered food, it was great that local dining options were open until 11 PM. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We rented a car for easy exploration, but I did notice a bus stop out front, though I wasn’t sure how often it ran. Overall, it was a delightful escape!

The pool was amazing; plenty of space to spread out, and very deep. Parking was great, and the place was easy to find. The hostess / manager was very welcoming; brought us pool towels, came to room to check Wi-Fi and A/C, and also ran the pool bar so prepared our snacks and drinks. Very clean apartment, very quiet. Lots of electric outlets, fluffy towels, big fridge. We were only there for one night, and would have loved to stay longer. The value was incredible. We didn’t get a chance to use the huge double balcony.

Perhaps pool towels could be provided in the rooms or at pool.

Very nice views, big clean suites, clean swimming pool easy access to the airport and Stavros. Easy drive to chania. All commodities available in the kitchen, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, filter cafetierre. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. Suggested nice and good value places for meals.

Double bed was very hard, pillows very big . Kids room beds/pillows were nicer. Due to not enough netting on the windows, or broken mosquito nets there were several mosquitos in the apartment. However there was a mosquito repellent device available in the room.

Very nice pool, spacious apartment, amazing view from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Overall we had a lovely stay, great value for money.

We would have appreciated a few toiletries. Also the air conditioners were rather noisy and impossible to adjust.

Amazing pool area and pool was very nice temperature. The pool bar is a plus with nice food and good value for money. Katerina in the pool bar is an amazing lady always smiling and very helpful and friendly with good information on the local area. Wonderful person ❤️ 💕

Is a bit away from beach and amenities so a car is an advantage

A lovely set of clean, tidy apartments. We had two bedrooms for two adults, so plenty of space. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent pools.Snacks and drinks available all day till 9 pm, I think. I'd say Ideal for small families or quiet adults who just want a relaxing break. Probably a bit busier in July/ August. Beautiful sunsets over distant sea views from balconies. If you dont hire a car, be prepared for hot walks and waiting for busses in little shade, which we did and were expecting this, so were okay. Restaurants and supermarkets 15/20 min walk. Beaches around 30 min walk in either direction. We got the bus to Chania several times and on to Rethimno once. Both beautiful cities. *Last bus from Chania leaves at 8pm.

It is a very nice cozy hotel for family vacations. We booked a large apartment that hosted 2 families at a clean , super comfortable, spacious 3 bedroom arrangement. 2 levels that proved to be really cool as separated the play / bed time zones for the kids. Kitchen that included all the basic staff you need for toddlers meal preparation. Nice clean pools that are rarely crowded. Close to chania at a 15 min drive. Also close to a few very nice beaches ideal for families (ie Tarsanas] but be aware that you need a car for all of them

The basic con of the facility is that while it is clean apart from that all the other service is minimal. Except a very friendly lady (Katerina) in the pool bar you can hardly meet any staff. What was disappointing is the for a 4 night stay, they NEVER changed towels in the apartment. Also there was no bathroom utilities (shampoo, shower bath only plain soap was available). It certainly does not meet a 3 star hotel expectations with regards to the service provided. The air-conditioning at the rooms is really old. Kind of disappointing that there were no window screens that could easily save energy at night and make overall sleep much more comfortable. The pillows also were old, not really comfortable.
