Comfortable and clean, the food is very good and the views are good. The beach is ok, kids do not need a big beach, just an interesting one, with quiet water right? Beach is just outside and pool has a kiddy end to it. The host is very welcoming and helpful.

It is a bit isolated, perhaps a good thing if you are looking for something quiet. There was some construction work next door, which was loud during the day unfortunately.

Location is great, just in front of a very calm and beautiful beach. We went also to the closer beaches around and they are also very nice with very clean water. Stuff were super kind, they helped us a lot with every single thing we needed. Food was very fresh, big portions and good prices.

The only thing we missed was a hair dryer and a plug in the bath ;)

The location is excellent if you are looking for peace and quiet. Right on a beautiful sandy beach which is also very quiet. A car is preferred due to the remote location. The village of Stavros can be walked in approx 20 minutes / car 5 mins for shopping or restaurants. Lovely pool, small restaurant on site with bar, not expensive. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The villas were lovely, large and private, good facilities, cleaned daily.

This is the BEST location in Stavros. Great place for a holiday or to stay just for one night before getting a flight for instance. The rooms are comfortable with nice view over the sea. Perfect little private and quiet beach attached to the hotel, which makes sea swimming possible even when other beaches may not be accessible due to high waves. The pool is lovely too and the views are unmatched. The sea is so clear and turquoise. The staff are all wonderful, kind, friendly and non-judgemental. Had reserved this place for a week but had to cancel it last minute but then was able to visit instead a week later and it was a really wonderful stay. The apartment was much better than we d expected (as some reviews we d read had brought up issues- but we did not experience those negative issues- all was great for us! We had comfy beds and comfy pillows. Regular change of towels and someone came in every day to do cleaning. The view is beautiful and the vegetation and flowers are so pretty. The whole vibe of the place is nice and laid back. You can get food from the taverna which has beautiful view over the sea, or you can prep food in the room as it had fridge and all the essentials needed, or you can walk accross the big beach to the restaurants in Stavros. Next time we go we will stay longer. Really brilliant place. Thank you Manolia, Irini and everyone else working there (sorry we didn’t catch all your names). 1. Mattress was not comfortable 2. There was not written and no one told us about cleaning services during our stay, it was very uncomfortable and felt like our privacy was violated. I left my belongings, documents and private things unprotected and when we came back we saw someone had been there. Felt disrespected. 3. Restaurant and bar are overpriced but we can accept that because of the location 4. In the bedroom says that breakfast starts at 8am but in reality was at 8:30 and was not fully ready (lack of personnel?) 5. Suggestion: inform guests about room service; allow guests to decide by leaving a door sign of non disturb for example

The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed plus fabulous sea views. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The terrace with sun beds and sun umbrella were a bonus. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The pool and sunbeds were excellent. Having a restaurant on site was good too and we had dinner, breakfast and lunch there overlooking the sea.

I liked everything but I would have liked to have been in one of the roome directly overlooking the sea and beach.

Almost everything: the place is an angle of paradise, wonderful beaches, including the private beach. Very convenient location with spectacular views. Comfortable apartment, clean and spacious. Pleasantry, availability of the personal completed the picture for relaxing vacation . People was wonderful even outside the resort: at the supermarket, at the restaurant and at the Stavros beach. The life changes when people is nice with you and you feel welcome.

Everything was nice, but even more, a little problem became the occasion to rise the level of the service. The bathroom gave some problem with the shower (the design of the shops isn’t correct). However we understood the situation, and collaborating with the staff, everything was easily manageable, so this was a plus at the end instead than a problem.

Loved the location and set up. Wish we could have stayed longer! Loved the food options all day!
