The best thing at the Villa was the housekeeping. Every day, while we were at the beach or roaming around Crete, the houskeeping cleaned the apartment and when we returned in the evening, everything was clean and nice. Sandy is very nice. The pool is great, just what you need in the morning and evenings. A local but very nice beach is at a 10 minute walk. The host was very helpful, he indeed arranged every issue we had: he helped with car rentals, with bicycle rental, answered very quick at all our messages. We felt great. My 6 year-old daughter learned to swim in the pool, so we will remember this trip :))

Everything was all right

It was very clean, walking distance to a small shop, beach and local bus stop to Chania. Local bus only cost €1.60 per person to get to Chania - very affordable as there were 5 of us. Liked also it was a small complex so never felt too over crowded at the pool. Receptionist very helpful. Lots of information leaflets in the room on arrival about excursions & takeaways.

It’s in the flight path of all air traffic in & out of the airport which was quite noisy at times. The fighter planes were extremely loud too. Quite a bit out of the way from the hustle & bustle of tourist shops & restaurants- Only 2 restaurants within walking distance so needed to get the local bus into Chania for more selection. Ideally you’d be best having a hired car to get around but we survived.

Sandy and the staff were absolutely brilliant. The apartment was really spacious and the pool was lovely! Multiple beaches a short drive away along with some tavernas.

Everything was great but a hire car would be beneficial as there is not much in walking distance or without walking along a busy main road.

Great place to stay, rooms very clean and nice layout, pool was excellent, excellent room service daily, great view of the sea, great value for money, great location

Only minor point (otherwise would have been 10) but mattress very firm, Realise type of mattress is personal preference

In quite a location that is always from the hustle and bustle. It got a decent size pool and a slight view of the sea. The apartment complex isn't huge, so there wasn't too much noise when we stayed. The room was an ok size with a working stove that was great when traveling with a toddler.

1. Shower temperatures weren't consistent, which could be difficult to give a young child a shower. It's either too hot or too cold 🥶 😩 2. There weren't any instructions about if recycling required, where to throw away nappies until "informed." 3. Short staffed. We were asked to keep our room tidy and clean because they only have a cleaning lady for 12 units complex. Sands could have been brought back from our shoes... unless you don't go to the beach at all with a toddler, it's hard to avoid from sandy shoes or swimming nappies! 4. Ok kitchen, but one indicator light on the stove doesn't work, so it can be hard to tell which one is on until you hear water boiling. Advice to check on it and notify the staying guests prior to the check-in will be nice.

Sandy was an excellent host, she treated us like family. Everything in the apartment was spotless. We had everything we needed for our stay. Sandy was very knowledgeable and was able to orient us to the best places to visit and eat. She was brilliant!

I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the property. The staff is very accommodating and super nice. The view and the pool are great and you are only minutes away of a lovely beach. It's still close to Chania but you'll definitely need a car to wonder around (and there are so many beautiful places to see in Crete) The price is also very good, so I highly recommend!

The only downside was that in our room (number 3) the bathroom was badly designed. There was no showerhead holder and the toilet is almost in the shower, but I don't think it's the same in every room. But that's only a detail the rest was great!

Very friendly and responsive host and staff. We booked only at 11PM as we could not check in at the property we had originally booked. The host immediately responded and he and the team made us feel very welcome. Also, beautiful view, good beds & air conditioning and supermarket on walking distance.

The accommodation was very nice, clean with all you need. One huge fridge, kitchen completed, 2 separated rooms with balcony per each apartment, one living area and one terrace. The host Sandy together with Tamara were very friendly and gave us all information, products or services that we needed.

We were a family of 7 adults and one child. Fantastic service by Mrs. Sandi. We can definitely recommend the place and the service. The highest mark. Clean, nice, great swimming pool and proximity to the sea. Spacious apartment. And all this at a very affordable price.
