Quaint little villa hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The woman helping with breakfast in the morning makes the most wonderful Greek coffee and is so pleasant and helpful. We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Krovos and would definitely stay again. Very close to the airport and the wonderful breakfast is free.

Bed was small and uncomfortable. The bed frame cracked like it was going to break, every time you roll over in bed. The bathroom was very small but very nice and modern.

It was close to the airport. That is why we decided to stay here.

You could hear when the water was running in the room next door. And the bathroom was poorly designed. Since it was a bathroom designed for people with disabilities it didn’t have any door on the shower cabin and on the floor of the cabin there was only a small barrier for the water which of course didn’t stop the water. The end result being that the bathroom was flooded every time I took a shower. It should really be designed better.

Super close to airport for early morning flight. It was great to have the pool and play area for the kids. Breakfast had a good selection of food.

It can be a little noisy with people coming and going throughout the night (arriving/departing for airport). Dinner options at hotel is only pizza - which is fine as we drove to the beach and ate there, but good for others to know in case they wanted something other then pizza (we have gluten free kids, so pizza not suitable).

There must be an award for this personnel. Very kind, super helpful. The room was very comfortable and it accommodates a family of four without any problem. The breakfast was basic but very tasty. There is a nice swimming pool in the hotel which almost nobody use it, so it was like a private pool :) We would love to stay there again.

Everything was exceptional. Make sure that the location is convenient for you.

I absolutely love everything, every corner is just perfect. The Staff are all accommodating, friendly, caring, always ready to listen, help or assist. They are Kind and they gave me peace on my Stay there. I never thought it would be good for Solo travellers. But it was the great. Areti Suites made my First time in Chania,Crete a memorable one. I cannot wait to comeback again. The whole place served as a Sanctuary for me. It was quiet & serene. All my Stress & sadness are gone in a blink. I highly recommend Areti Suites to everyone. 🤍

We arrived at 22.30 from a later flight and they have 24 hour reception by the looks of it. The guy at the reception was very friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble. He prepared a pizza for us and we had some beers on the terrace. The next day we had an excellent breakfast and they called a taxi for us to get into Chania. The place looks amazing and the pool area is so beautiful, I regret not staying an extra day to enjoy it. The pictures don't do it justice to how lovely it looks.

It was really close to the airport, which was great after a long flight! The gentleman who helped us on our arrival, which was after midnight, was just fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble. Service is 24 hours 6 we got to have a nightcap. Rooms were lovely and clean.spacious and well laid out. There was a pool which was cute, but we didn't get a chance to use it. We slept well thanks to the nice air con in our room. Breakfast was nice. We paid extra for a cafe latte but not much, and it was worth it as it was really good. Staff are all so friendly and helpful.too. We sat outside in the sun for 2 hours, and it was idyllic. For the money we paid, this is great value.

There was a section opposite the pool with a boat on which was run down, which could be developed maybe but other than that nothing.

A really useful overnight 1st stop near Chania Airport as our flight landed late in the evening. A large room with plenty of space and a balcony. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice in the rear garden.

Since the room was on the 1st floor, it would have been good to have had some help with the cases. It would be nice to provide more fresh fruit at breakfast and good coffee. Not down to the hotel at all, but we were surprised that the short taxi journey cost €20 each way to and from the airport.

We only stayed for one night after a late flight - less than 10mins taxi away from the airport. Greeted at the 24hr reception by a very friendly member of staff. Great sized duplex room for the three of us with comfy beds and a roof terrace, although we didn’t have time to enjoy this. Good choice of breakfast.

We could hear a bit of noise from other rooms as people moved about at night, though this wouldn’t have woken us up. If you had a noisy group in an adjoining room this could be annoying

Everyone was kind, and reception is staffed 24/7. I had a very early morning flight, and the night shift receptionist offered coffee and cake. It’s the value and the little things that added up for me. Rooms are spacious and serviceable. The pool is definitely an added bonus. If you intend to take a taxi to the airport, be prepared to pay between 17-20€, even though it is in very close proximity to the airport. Depending on the time of day, you could theoretically walk, but there are narrow and curvy roads (locals don’t recommend this).
