We had an incredible stay at Nek Suites - I was slightly worried at the lack of tripadvisor reviews but on Booking.com (where |booked) there was many glowing reviews so went ahead. The apartments are stunning, very clean and modern - full kitchen, shower is 10/10, balcony, the bed is one of the best hotel beds we've stayed in - my partner and I slept like babies! Full aircon upstairs and down, plenty of closet space (and hangers) for us both. WiFi, TV - 1 could go on! The pool area was bigger than I was expecting with lovely outside beds. It's a quiet area and many of the other guests were similar to us, adult couples ages around 25-45 I would guess. There's street parking available. It's a 10 minute drive into town. 24 hour check in was great for us as we arrived late. Athena was very helpful and kept the rooms spotless. Highly recommend trying the cafes nearby - Carte Postale and Koukouvaya (our favourite) have incredible views. Overall 10/10!

For the price it would be great to come with breakfast but apart from that all good!

The home itself is modern and lovely for any couple or small group of friends to visit. The lounge area downstairs is relaxing and upstairs the balcony area is perfect for evening chat after dinner and some wine.The villas are communal whilst also providing a sense of privacy if desired.The pool is inviting and there are mini marts within a 5min walking distance. Hiring a car expanded our stay to visit the many beautiful local areas of Crete. Athena was a perfect hostess who welcomed us, told us about all of the best areas to visit (which we did), cleaned our rooms daily and provided us with additional items to take to the beach. We've really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't be sorry to say no to another visit to both the villa and the area.

Whilst the home is well equipped with kitchen utensils, they could definitely enhance this by providing basic cooking necessities such as oil, pepper and salt. If you would like to cook and depending on your luggage limits, for a short stay (within 10 days) then items such as these will likely go to waste.

We stayed in a Maisonette. Very comfortable clean and well equipped. Both floors were air conditioned which was lovely and having the washing machine was a great bonus. The pool area is very relaxing and a nice way to spend a quiet day while on holiday. The suites are several kilometres from Chania old town but there is a bus which you can take and is very reliable. We feel a car is an advantage at this property as there are some fabulous beaches and towns which are more easily accessed by car and approx 3kms away is a nice little area with some great cafes and restaurants ie Alibertos . Had a lovely stay Nikos the owner was very obliging and helpful. Would highly recommend this property if coming to stay in Chania.

Everything was great.

Our stay was perfect! We loved every minute. The apartments are beautiful and self sufficient, they feel like a home from home. To have your own sunbeds and balcony over looking the pool was lovely. Air-con was brilliant in both the downstairs living area and upstairs bedroom. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk up the road, where you can use the CHANIA city bus into the town centre. The communication with the owners was great any issues we had, we just messaged via WhatsApp and the lady replied within minutes. Always happy to help and allowed us a late check-out due to a late evening flight. The only recommendation I could make would be regarding check-in, it is self check-in with no reception. So possibly having an option where you could be greeted to be shown in, if you wanted may be helpful.

Amazing place to stay with a family that loves to travel and explore as the place is nicely placed outside of the city center and you can quickly get to the main roads you need to. The place is made with a great taste and it feels that you are the first guest after it opened. But they are in the business for almost 2 years, still everything looks fresh. Owner and the hosting team was super supportive. The pool was amazing. The suite was perfect for a family as pearents could sleep in the upper floor and the kiddo enjoyed Netflix downstairs.

Gates had some technical issues. Suggestion: add a door mat near to the balcony so the sea sand stays there.

Very accomodating staff. Lovely new units with everything you need (comfortable beds, iron, coffee machine etc) Great location, quiet and only a short walk to the bus stop. Would love to come back and stay again

The property was very comfortable. We stayed for 8 days and would have been happy to stay longer. The pool was nice and regularly cleaned. We hired a small car and found that the location was perfect to get in and out of Chania. We took the bus into town which was easy enough to do. We were well looked after by Athina. She was incredibly friendly and always happy to help.

Kindness of staff, Affina was very nice and helpful. Easy to park across the street. Very new and comfortable furniture, nicely arranged.

No basic cooking ingredients available : salt, pepper, oil and vinegar for example. Depending on your neighbors you may not have much privacy outside either at night or quietness. You have to go to town by car also and it is not easy to park there.

The suite we stayed in was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities. The bed mattress was so comfortable! High-speed Wi-Fi and free parking were a plus. The pool was amazing and clean. The pool area was beautiful with plenty of loungers and umbrellas, providing a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The cleanliness of the entire property was outstanding. Just a short drive from the heart of Chania, it was an ideal choice for us for our quick trip. The nearby beaches and local attractions were easily accessible, making it a great base for exploring Chania during our short stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing helpful recommendations for local dining and attractions, and always being available to assist with any requests. Highly recommended. We can't wait to return!

Nikos is very responsive via text and allowed us an early check-in. Athena is very friendly and graciously provided us with laundry detergent. The suite is incredible, as is the pool. Peace and quiet guaranteed. Free parking is included. Netflix is available on the TV. There is a Koukouvaya cafe a 5-minute walk away with an incredible view. Chania is a 1-hour walk or 10-minute drive away.
