It was so hard to find a place that has kitchen and bath in Chania! Happy to find this place place that had both and still the location was convenient to go around the town without a car. The bus ticket is 1.10 euros at kiosk (2 euros on bus). Bus 20 is the best but that only runs every hour, bus 12 from the centre can get to close to the place. I normally walked to the beach on nice days, took me 20-30min and then 10-15min along the beach to the town centre from there, then back by bus in the evening. There are souvlaki place (To Steki Tou Thanasi) and SYN.KA supermarket close by, can't get more convenient! There was a bakery close by too, I didn't go there as I'm on gluten free but the place looked nice. The owner Argiris is very helpful and very quick to answer messages. There was a issue on bathroom drain and he sent me his brother to fix it even it was 10pm. The room was cleaned daily and dishes got washed that was very helpful during busy holidays. The fridge has a little freezer, there also were cafetiere. I felt the place was very well taken care.

It would have been better if I could have received the key instruction on a day before my arrival where I was secure with internet connection to receive it through Booking.com messages and prepare for my arrival. Since I did not have the instruction at the door I panicked a little. Luckily the taxi driver Manos was the owner's friend, he kindly phoned the owner to find it out for me.

We did not miss anything and we have enjoyed our stay. The room is realy big, it has also a small kitchen with a silent fridge, great aircondition, spacy bathroom, and working wifi. There is also a small backyard which we used to have our breakfast or to dry the towells from the beach. It is only 5 min by car to the centre of Chania and has good connection to other destinations. The staff is very nice and helpfull. We have arrived very late (2am) and the room key was there in the safe, for which i have received the passcode before. It is not a luxury apartment with perfect views etc., but it is realy comfortable and it has everything you need to spend the night and morning hours of the day.

It was really clean. I asked the earlier check in and the staff was able to satisfy my request. The apartment is in a really quiet area. The position is also good because it’s 5-10 minutes from Chania, that is really crowded.

The price was a little bit higher than other structures that I booked but I think because it’s near Chania. Anyway it was good and correct for what is offered.

Stayed as an overnighter after a late flight, perfect for what we needed it for. Comfortable and well equipped, especially liked the vending machine downstairs that sold soft drinks and beer, which went down a treat. Not super close in walking distance to central Chania, so probably best if you have a car. Limited parking which was full when we arrived but found on-street parking easily enough.

Location was good and cleaning of room was excellent. View of sea from ample balcony. Good bathroom and adequate kitchenette. Communication with host was good.

A unit for some shelves or drawers and a mirror in bedroom would have been useful. It would have been good to meet the host.

Close to town but not in a crazy busy area. Room was very nice...enough to sleep wash up bit not feel like your in a hostel or closet....big bed but not too comfy for me at least...pillows wete the worst part.. felt like cotton balls..no density at all.. Tv worked well..a/c was strong. I never met the owner or anyone fave to face..but the email inquiries were responded to super fast and with courtesy and class ..what more can you want.

pillows...guys.. get some thick dense pillows...c mon!..

Room25 saved us in our time of need and gave us comfort we really needed. Communication with host was excellent. Room was squeeky clean and bed very comfortable. Overall very nice place to enjoy holiday. Very much recommend.

Nice place for short stay, room are clean with smart TV and air-condition. Contact free key pick up it's super easy, really don't understand people complaining abut don't be a guide by owner abut city or attractions, its not his job. Place its a bit out of city, what you can see on the map but still walking distance from center.

The bed was decent, the bathroom heated up quickly and I liked the kitchen space and that they had a kettle so I was able to make instant coffee and oatmeal

A bit away from old town so the location is not as central

Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Good TV and wifi. Our flight was delayed so we had a late check in but it was no problem as room key was in key safe outside of door.

Shower head had no holder so had to hold shower in 1 hand.
