We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The room was exceptionally spacious, very clean, and incredibly comfortable — it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the apartment, which made our mornings and evenings even more enjoyable. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. She were very kind, friendly, and always available to answer any questions or provide help. The location was convenient with walking distance to the old town. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

We loved our stay at Chania Elegance Suites. It was really the perfect accommodation for our family. The suite is simply amazing, recently renovated and very luxurious and new. We loved it. The communication with the host was seamless, and Maria was always very quick to reply and facilitating. This was our second time on Crete, and certainly not the last time. The accommodation is really modern and good. As part of the accommodation, you also have a parking space, a laundry room, a gym, and a playroom. It is located in a great location, about 20 minutes on foot from the center and a few minutes by car. There is a public garage in the city center where you can leave your car. There is a bakery, cafe and shop nearby. The owner, Elvira, seemed to me more like a good friend than the owner of the accommodation. From the first day, she sent us all important locations with instructions on how to get to them via google maps and gave us a lot of suggestions. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone without hesitation. You feel like you are at home. We will definitely come back if we come to Chania again. Igor & Melisa ❣️

I had an excellent stay at this brand new, beautifully designed apartment in Chania. The host was extremely friendly, meeting us on arrival and explaining everything we needed to know. Its convenient location made exploring the area easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chania! If you enjoy the thrill of staying in a brand new place, this accommodation is perfect. The apartment is spotless and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It has two spacious and comfortable terraces, perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the convenient laundry facilities downstairs. Highly recommend this fantastic apartment!

We only in the afternoon and left the next morning so there's not much to say. The apartment is luxurious, spacious, very nicely styled and decorated. There are parking spots available. Easy self check-in & check-out. Beds are really comfy. We requested and got a baby cot, and they kindly offered also sheets, covers and a pillow for the baby, and even a small chair in the living room. It has 2 balconies, both really nice and good spots for relaxing after a long day.

The AC is a bit hard to work with and takes some time until its effect is felt. It could use a washing machine for longer stays, especially since it's very big and there's enough space for one. The area is not particularly pleasant, there was some greek music from a bar/terrace outside until 11.30PM. These minor inconveniences didn't affect my rating because of my short stay, but could probably have affected if we were to stay for multiple days.

The owner was very friendly, she came by the apartament and met with us. She gave us a list of places to visit and nearby restaurants and markets. Whenever we texted her for a query, she responded straightaway and was always very helpful. The location is 8 min by car away from the old town and approx 30 mins away by walk. We prefer quieter area so for us it was super 😊 Very very safe neighbourhood and the building is very fancy and designed for safety. We enjoyed every minute of it and I highly recommend to anyone visiting Chania! We will definitely book the same apartament if we visit Chania again! 😊😊😊

I was traveling from Austria for a short business trip and I was recommended this new and modern accommodation in the center of Chania, due to its convenient location on the Courts square. All its areas were very neat and beautiful. My room was modern, very clean, with impeccable aesthetics and a wonderful view. The lady who was managing the accommodation was very kind and willing to help me. I highly recommend it!

We truly loved the location: close to Old Town (around 5 min drive) yet in a more quiet, nice and safe area. The facilities and suites are brand new and well maintained. Big thanks to Elvira, the property manager, for the quick responses and restaurant tips!
