Breakfast was good. Pool area was our favorite. Staff was friendly, especially in the bar. Bar prices were positive surprise: cheap cocktails. We watched every evening sunset from the bar balcony, it was amazing. Very beautiful atmosphere. We especially like that this hotel wasn't crowded and there was always a lot of space at the pool area, restaurant and bar. This place is suitable for people who don't like people. 😂 Cleaners did their job very well. Very fast service anyway. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Location; but it was okay since we already explored Chania and other places. Makeup table was bad and the light was bad there, think about the girlies 😉 Not enough outlets in the room and the extra outlets didn't work. Can't think of so much negative about this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely ideal because it has a good size car park (no street parking), which is rare in Chania. It also is on the 18 bus line route, which means you can get into town in 7-10 minutes without having the headache of finding somewhere to park. The swimming pool is heated - not a common occurrence- and a proper size to swim. There is also a paddle pool for young children. The buffet breakfast caters for all tastes - sweet or savoury. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I saw a review about someone complaining of not having enough plug points, we had 3 so not an Issue. All rooms seem to have a balcony or terrace. We had a fantastic view over the White Mountains. Our room had a mini fridge, which was very convenient.

The bathroom has no hooks to hang towels or clothes but there is a shelf.

This is the second time I've been in this hotel and it won't be the last. It's peaceful and quiet and the pool is enormous with very nice views. Always managed to find a deckchair at all times of the day. The staff is very helpful and although I did not manage to get a late checkout since the hotel was fully booked I spent the last day by the pool where there is a shower by the pool and a bathroom at the bar. Perfect stay with lots of lovely lovable kittens. There are 3 bus stops a few steps away from the hotel which makes it extremely easy to go to the centre and other places.

Breakfast was really good with a lot of options - no complaints there. The pool area was excellent for our use - pool was big enough to have a real swim and water was clean. There are many trees for shade when you need it in the height of summer. The only negative thing in July are the cicadas though. Really loud with all those trees but fortunately they stop at night. If cicadas are a problem for you, I wouldn't go in July! Our room was basic, but had everything we needed - a good shower, a fridge and a/c so all in all good value for the money. Also, there was a city bus stop right outside the hotel so getting to town center and back was easy (get bus tickets from the supermarket next door)

The hotel could do with some activity room, like a pool table or ping pong. We had teenagers with us so they were a bit bored because it was too hot to walk around and explore so an activity indoors would've been great. For an adults-only vacation, not a big deal.

Nice pool, daily cleaning of rooms and pool, parking in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful and kind (arranged the airport transfer and called a taxi for us when needed). The bus station is very near (20min to the center) and you can buy bus tickets (€1.20 instead of €2 you pay on the bus) in the supermarket right next to the hotel. We also enjoyed fresh orange juice during breakfast and the nature around us.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. Nice view of the mountains, nice pool and really lovely and helpful staff. The room cleaning was perfect. Loved the balcony from my room. Cute kitties around the property. I had a really lovely stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay but the downsides of this property were that the breakfast could have been better, it was very basic. I really wished there was a power socket next to the bed. And the rooms weren't very well sound proofed, it did get quite loud when there were guests about. All in all I can't complain though!

Lovely friendly staff. Nice clean room with decent bathroom, fridge and balcony with seating. Decent breakfast and clean and attractive pool area. It’s a good 25 minute walk into Chania old town but there are frequent buses of taxis if you’re not up to the walk. It’s downhill into town but quite a steep climb back

The hotel is in a peaceful surrounding with olive trees and other trees. The hotel is very clean. There is a nearby bus station to the airport and to the city center there are two swimming pools which are very clean. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet serves cold cuts' cheese fruits and vegetables and cakes great coffee machine and even freshly squeezed orange juice. There are also cereals and boiled eggs. Very peaceful place although it is near a busy road and a gas station. You can hear chickens and goats. Every room has a terrace with a table and chairs. On arrival you get 2 free water bottles. There is a supermarket and bakeries and pizza near the hotel.

To add warm items to the breakfast buffet. A kettle in room with tea and coffee will be nice.

Staff were brilliant in every way and rooms were spotless and ground kept in excellent confition.

Poor location too far from the centre which would have been ok if there were local restaurants.Had to go everywhere by taxi and in the end hired a car which we hadnt intended.. Breakfast although adequste was same choice every day. Omelette etc occasionally would have been good. The bar was hit and miis if was opened xnd closed very early if you liked a late night drink.

The entire architecture and concept of the hotel are great. Original parking spot in a place with lots of olive trees and other kinds of trees so that you can leave your car in the shadow. The hotel has ramps for disabled people and carrying troleys which is a big plus. The rooms are designed to keep cool during hot summers, although when it is not so hot outside may be an inconvenient. Clean rooms and welcoming stuff are also a plus The room had a beautiful terrace with view over the city and towards the pool. Lots of orange trees, pomegranate trees and other kind of trees were surrounding the hotel which makes you feel like you are accommodated in a botanical garden. Overall very good value for the money.

I would have liked coffee/tea facilities in the room. Also the breakfast could have been more varied. The coffee was not the best.
