Everything was perfect the room was clean, nice and comfortable, and in a pretty good area with a nice view from the balcony, for other tourists, travelers and etc if your planning to stay on this hotel i surely would recommend it!

Althought everything was good about the hotel, it wouldve been better if there were glasses for drinks water and etc

It was a pleasant stay. The lady from the reception is very nice. The room was clean and everything was good. The location is far from the city centre, buuut it was great because the hotel has a parking (in the city centre is not so easy to find a parking). I recommend the deluxe rooms.

It was clean, and everything looked fresh. View from the room is very beautiful during the day. Convenience stores nearby.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful; they even lent us an umbrella for the beach. The room was very clean and the towels and bed sheets changed daily. Breakfast was generous and with plenty to choose from. Overall, Theofilos was an excellent value for money stay if you are looking for something economical with all the basic facilities that a traveler needs in a hot place like Crete.

The hotel is about 30' from the old port. Having said this, we were aware of its location before making the reservation so we were not disappointed at all. This is not a problem if you are planning to hire a car or visiting Chania outside the summer months.

Room was cleaning every day, fresh towels and endless szampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was tasty but everyday was the same food so after 3 days we got bored with it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

location was good during the day. If you plan late comeback to hotel prepare for 900 meter walk uphill (that’s were bus stops during the night) or get the taxi for 7-8 from city center.

Did not meet anyone for check in, a key and paper was left at the front desk which was unusual.

Our room was comfortable and well furnished, with plenty of space. The staff was helpful with recommending us places to eat in the vicinity of the hotel.

Doors and walls are not soundproof, hence other guests’ noise woke us up during the night.

parking okay, breakfast looked nice but we skipped it. it was good for one sleep.

it is quite far from the centre, bear in mind. parking is difficult in the centre, but the receptionist was kind explaining where to park. unfortunately we skpped the breakfast because we had to visit the seitan beach and then the elafonisi. and then hurrying to omalos.

Lovely staff who were always happy to help. Very clean rooms. Great air conditioning in the hotelroom.

The discription of the location could have said that the hotel is kind of on top of a hill.
