We had an amazing stay! The hotel facilities were outstanding — everything was super modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The staff truly made our experience special. They were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Even on rainy days, we had plenty to do thanks to their great recommendations for restaurants and activities. We booked a massage based on their tip and it was absolutely perfect. The sauna was impeccable and the gym had a really unique Swedish style that we loved. Location was great, 20 min walking from old town. Easy and free to park nearby.

A beautiful place to stay. The room was very comfortable, good AirCon. Loved the waterfall shower. The staff were excellent, from those that worked on reception to those that served us breakfast every morning, we were made to feel very special. The breakfast was very good but the small plates that we had in the evening were fantastic, especially the prawns that we still talk about now. Cocktails in the gardens in the evening to round off lovely days in Chania. The hotel is on the Number 11 bus route which is ideal for the town or the beach but there are some wonderful restaurants nearby. The area is being renovated and there’s a lot of historic buildings incl. the hotel.

Overall it was excellent, just one or two tweaks to make it perfect. A few more hooks in the bedroom to hang things up. The rooms were a little small so not much storage space. The blinds were electronic and only did all the way up or down so the room was either very light or dark, a halfway setting would be good.

Excellent hotel, designed and furnished with utmost consideration and class. Lovely pool and terrace areas to relax. Food including breakfast was of high quality and well prepared by the attentive staff. Great area with plenty to see. The outstanding aspect of the hotel are the great, welcoming, friendly staff who offered advice on where to eat and go and couldn’t do more to help. Special mention to the lovely Anna and Vasiliki who we loved and were so friendly and completely made our stay ❤️❤️ - we will miss our chats and laughs X

Absolutely nothing to dislike Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our room was great and lovely to have the jacuzzi and outdoor loungers. We didn’t use the pool but it liked nice enough. Breakfast was great nice juice and a different juice shot every day. The yogurt granola breakfast was really tasty as were the pancakes. By far the best bit of the hotel was the staff who simply could not do enough for you. They were outstanding and so friendly.

A little far from the beaches but the bus was near the hotel and ran very frequently and you could walk just took about 40 minutes

Staff were extremely attentive, anticipated everything when we went on day trips, checked in late due to our flight times and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible! This is the perks of staying in a boutique hotel. The room, restaurant, and pool were all incredible. We will be recommending to friends and family and hope to be back again!

Slightly out of the main town, but it was a positive because it was quiet. Just factor in paying for a taxi when it’s dark (€7) and giving the staff 15-20 mins to organise the taxi as it has to come from town.

We absolutely loved our weeks stay at the Domus Blanc. Situated about 20 min walk (the beach route is beautiful) from the Chania Old Town in Halepa, the area has some great local coffee places, restaurants and swimming spots all within walking distance. The hotel itself is a stunning piece of architecture, we stayed in a petite room which was perfectly fine for us and the room, hotel and surrounding areas were always clean and spotless throughout at all times. The hotel also has a small gym downstairs and the small pool area was lovely and relaxing too (and never hugely busy which was nice). Breakfast at the Atelier Bistro on-site was a real highlight, with a tower of goodies served afternoon tea style to start along with a choice of a la carte if you wanted it. The cocktails were also 👌🏼 Above all else, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, ready to provide recommendations / make bookings as and when you need them. A big thank you to Ioanna, Ania, Athena, Stephanie and the rest of the team who made our stay so welcoming.

The room was lovely, very comfortable bed. We loved the wardrobe set up very well planned. Lovely shower. Great luxury towels. Wonderful staff so helpful and kind. Breakfast is like having afternoon tea and so much choice. Beautiful pool area.

We were at the front and felt that muslin curtains like we had to our balcony on the side door would be a great addition. Also we only had 1 sun lounger outside on our balcony which was also over looked . We felt a bit more screening would be better. It is also a 30 minute walk into town a shuttle bus say once an hour in the evening would be good.

Location was excellent - room very comfortable - staff were excellent and went the extra mile and breakfast was wonderful as was the lunch and evening bites menus. The Hotel was in easy reach of the town and its amenities and there were several excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were very knowledgeable about activities and attractions and nothing was too much trouble for them

It would be lovely for the hotel to consider a serviced lounge area somewhere inside the hotel for guests to access to sit and read or to have a drink out of the sun and in the evening rather than be restricted to outside or bedroom areas.

Although the buliding is old and holds a tremendus history (since 1870), they done a remarkable job and the Hotel is super! The restoration of the building is amazing, its modern, luxury with elegant designs (i liked a lot the interior design). The breakfast was excellent and everyone from the staff was very helpful and kind. The neighborhood is quite (Halepa area) with some beautiful old historic houses, churches and Museum (although i stayed in Chania for work i managed to visit the archeological museum which was very close). For me the next time i visit Chania i will definetaly stay there more days to explore more in this City and enjoy the stay on Domus Blanc
