Great location for us. Comfortable and suited our needs. The staff were really helpful both in sorting a small issue we had and arranging some taxis for us. They were all really friendly.

For a luxury apartment the shower is not up to standard. The showerhead holder was insufficient and unable to direct the shower stream. Would suggest that a rainfall shower would be more of a standard expected. Would also be helpful to inform customers on arrival as to using the hot water switch, needed if low levels of sunlight. The staff were helpful once we enquired about it though.

Clean room ,good size for family. Very good location with a lot of cafe,restaurants ,kiosks nearby. Parking available however you pay for it. Chania old port around to 15 minutes away on foot. Staff very helpful and polite.

Absence of communal seating or room verandas to seat and relax.only some armchairs on the first floor,not a lot for all rooms. The fridge was small. Despite the fact that they name them appartments,there were no kitchen amenities available. You need to pay for the parking.

The room is tidy, clean and modernly decorated. The space of the room is used very efficiently, what I especially liked is the separation between toilet and shower, allowing the usage of both at the same time. The best thing is the bed which is exceptionally comofortable.

Housekeeping forgot to leave towels one time, and coffee tablets and milk twice. After reporting this to the front desk they immediatelly rectafied the situation.

Super location - The room was near perfect in terms of cleanliness, decor as well as very well outfitted. Beautiful bathroom & great shower. Lots of towels and bathrobes - plenty of free coffee & tea options - and I always like a safe in the room. A lovely upscale neighborhood near cafe's and places to eat.

my main objection is that my room was on the ground floor and opened to and looked out onto a public courtyard - so it was impossible to open the curtains as strangers were walking by. It was also difficult to close the curtains fully to avoid seeing courtyard lights. The same room on an upper floor would have been GREAT!

Location is perfect, five minutes walk to the sea in one direction, two minutes to a nice square with bars and restaurants in the other. It is a quiet residential area, fifteen minutes walk from the Old Town and easy to access by car which you can park in the off-road underground private car park. A bus stops right outside if needed. The room is smart and clean with plenty of wardrobe space, in-room safe, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Great walk-in rainfall shower too!

Can't think of anything I didn't like. There's no breakfast but the cafes nearby provide all one needs.

Wonderful apartment which was perfect for our stay in Chania. The property is well located, 15-20 mins walk to the waterfront, and with a supermarket and pharmacy withing 5 mins. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a 1-bedroom suite which had a large living room, fully set up kitchen, and a washing machine, which was very helpful. The staff were very attentive and helpful, overall a great stay!

I assumed that as an apartment it would have some basic crockery & cutlery so you could prepare some basic meals. Unfortunately there wasn’t even a tea spoon!

Our stay at Trianon was a very pleasant one indeed. The room was very comfortable and cleaned well. We travelled as a family with two young children. The parking was very convenient too. And the location of Trianon is just right, close to all amenities and just 15 minute walk from Chania old part where most of the activity is. There is also Bakery Plakopoulos round the corner for delicious breakfast and lunch treats on the go. We also travelled from Chania to the Eastern beaches, including Elafonisi, Falassarna and Balos Lagoon. Trianon is highly recommended and would definitely visit again.

If I had to mention something it would be the doorless bathroom (where there is the wash hand basin) for total privacy, although the shower and toilet had their own doors.

The position, the fact that has the gym as facility and more than others, the staff. Adriana and Iona they very truly kind and professional. Adriana help us as well we suggestion where to go and what to visit, it was deeply appreciated. They make out staying very pleasant and comfortable.

No full size mirror would have been very useful and a bigger fridge.

Secure car parking under the apartments. Great room - bed and linen very comfy. V efficient aircon which was v welcome. Had everything you need for a short break. Toiletries and bathrobe are nice extra. Shower has great pressure - as does basin which was v fierce and covered everywhere! Location is really good, 10 mins walk to the beach area with lots of bars and restaurants. Then from there another 10mins to old harbour/town (or walk via back roads direct to old town in an easy 15mins). Also, supermarkets and cafes in square v close by in 3-5mins. This is a great base for a few days in Chania. Safe area, residential mostly and not noisy despite being near some quite busy roads.
