We loved the atmosphere in general. The rooms and the place in general are very stylish with a sense for details. The service was very friendly and helpful. And there were little details from the house throughout the entire stay. There is a little shared courtyard with sea views. It is very convenient that we were always able to park on the little square next to the house, although that might be due to the fact that it was low season.

Although I don’t want to say anything negative about the place and it’s generally very quiet, the rooms on the ground floor do get affected by what is happening in the hallway, despite of the heavy doors. There is room for improvement.

Immaculately clean, extremely comfortable bed, staff were very attentive and gave recommendations for breakfast lunch etc. Nothing was to much trouble... thank you for my tree of life ❤️... Apart from the above the property is ideally situated just outside the old town making it the perfect place to stay a short stroll into the centre. The decor and amenities are most welcoming and attention to detail they have thought of eveything which makes for a perfect stay! From facilities in the room to the communal areas everything was more than expected couldn't fault anything. We will definitely be booking again !! kept doing just what you are doing 🙂

This accomodation is right next to the ocean, with fabulous restaurants and an excellent bakery close by. The room is spacious, excellent water pressure in the shower, and a beautiful view of the ocean. There is sufficient parking at the side of the accomodation, and we appreciate the late check-in instructions as well as the recommendations very much.

As it's next to the ocean with many restaurants nearby, it can get noisy even till late at night, closing the windows and having the air-con would remedy that slightly. The rooms tend to get cleaned really early and we got woken up by the vacuum cleaner every morning.

Perfect location, close enough to walk to all the restaurants, but far enough to avoid the noise from foot traffic. The room was beautifully decorated. The bedding was very comfortable, and we appreciated having a choice of pillows with different firmness levels. It was also great that they provided beach towels — a thoughtful touch, especially if you’re traveling light. We loved our stay! The staff were wonderful and very helpful, offering great tips that really helped us make the most of our trip.

Location is fantastic: in front of the sea with lots of restaurants and bars very close and yet no noise at night, only the sound of the sea waves. A short walk to the port and to the old town. Beautiful room, modern and nicely decorated, high ceilings with wood. Room very clean and comfortable bed. There is a small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler and free coffee and tea. Although the bathroom is somehow small, it is very nice, the shower is very good and there are good amenities. There is a small patio with tables and chairs, also with places to hang the beach towels, separated by room. There is no breakfast in the hotel and the common spaces are quite limited. However, the hotel has a convention with a cafe just 200 mts away, by the sea, were you can have a good breakfast for 10€ (the 10€ price include three things as e.g., orange juice, coffee and butter croissant); you can ask other things and pay aside (e.g., chocolate croissant, or yogurt or ham and cheese toast, etc.). Personnel, namely Joanna, is very helpful. Additionally, the hotel has a convention with a local rental car that works very well. No problem to park the car right in front of the hotel.

Very easy to access and check in - all without seeing a person, but you can message them. Cleaners were lovely, helpful and very friendly. Very clean property, and a stones throw from the sea. Lovely local bars for coffee and breakfast.

My own fault but I didn’t realise there wasn’t breakfast included. And one day I slept in so missed the cleaning slot, so didn’t get a clean one day including towels, but again my own fault there. If the only things I can think of are my own fault - this place is very good!

Room with a private terrace overlooking the Sea. It was perfect. Just a 10-15 minute walk (along the water) to the heart of Chania. Staff (owner) was awesome and so nice/helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Room was a bit small and hard to navigate through. AC worked, but for some reason had trouble cooling down the room, although it did cooldown the bathroom. A breakfast option would be nice (so that we could eat on the Terrace).

The location was great. It was near the old town and walking distance to pretty much everything. The staff, particularly Joanna, were very helpful. We loved going to sleep listening to the ocean waves. It was very quiet at night. The place was spotless. There are great walking paths along the ocean in both directions right in front of the property. Parking is free. The window between the bathroom and bedroom is interesting. Thank goodness there are blinds to close for privacy! The common outdoor area with tables and chairs is a nice touch. We appreciated that the hotel offered beach towels, as well.

We didn’t have any ice to make our morning shakes. It would’ve been nice to have a little freezer with ice cubes, but that’s just us. There was road construction going on so getting to the property was a bit chaotic, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

Why has no one ever talked about the shower in these rooms? WOW incredible shower with amazing water pressure...exactly what we needed after a full day of hiking out in the sun. The booking was super easy and the staff were super friendly even though the interaction was very minimal. -The wifi is good - INCREDIBLE location—you've got the beach literally across from you - incredible shower -clean room, has everything you'd need - not noisy at all. -we booked on the same day and they arranged everything super quickly for us.

Easy check in with code (not personal), every morning tehre is someone to greet you and answer your questions. Very helpfull. Clean room. Not big but ok. Clean bathroom. Straight to the sea. Very quiet to sleep! Great location, not in the heart of the center but easy to reach within walking distance. Also many bars and restaurants nearby

The property was difficult to reach because there were roadworks in the street and the streets around. Nothing to do about but it would be helpful if we would have known it before we arrived. The café for the breakfast was closed (and the owner didn't know) but we went to the one in front of the hotel and that was great to.
