The property was in an excellent location less than a five minute walk to the seafront. The staff were excellent and the accommodation was well presented and very clean. A nice terrace area to sit and relax. The owner, Stelios, is also a physiotherapist and has a consultancy room off main reception so even managed to help me with an existing shoulder injury !

Room only. The manager was excellent- advised on best parking, local amenities etc. room spotless with complimentary water, hairdryer etc. terrace great for people watching. Weekly market happens on a Saturday below you. Really interesting and a local miracle of logistics. Midnight: Road full of cars. 6am. No cars, covered stalls throughout the street.

One room had an amazing Jacuzzi and great view. The architecture in our room, even though the sq2 were relatively little, was excellent and it made it very comfy and functional. It also had free coffee and was in a very convenient area!

Absolutely perfect location, we had room 5 which has an enormous terrace with lovely views, the bed was so comfortable too. We had some great recommendations for eating out from the owner.

Super-located, modern with everything you need (small fridge, iron, terrace with sun beds (we had room 4), coffee machine, good shower, comfy big bed. Room was like a loft, high sealing, good airco, plenty of space. The host was very nice and welcoming, helped us to carry the luggage upstairs, explained everything, fixed immediately problem in the shower, was always there for us.

Location was perfect, the owner was really great and helpful. The room was clean and the view fantastic. All was perfect and the shower and toilet was like new. Really recommended.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning daily. Room was clean and very spacious. Location was great, a short walk from Kapi Koum Beach and the waterside full of restaurants, bars, etc. Parking was free on the street but like all of Chania it gets busy in the evening and it is challenging to find parking in the evening.

Wifi was slow at times. Nearby is an outdoor event venue and at night (weekdays and weekends) there would be very loud noises coming from there which was disturbing and made it challenging for me to fall asleep (my partner did not have a problem falling asleep) - so only relevant if you are a light sleeper.

We were warmly greeted and told about the local area immediately including bus routes. The room was immaculate and cleaned every day. No noise in the room at night. The location was excellent. So close to the old harbour and its fantastic restaurants and bars. Our stay was just wonderful. We would definitely return.

Stelios was very accommodating. Hotel rooms were large and beds very comfortable. Location was ideal for exploring all of Chania with very available parking right outside the property.

The shower heads have a bit of calcium buildup and therefore the water doesn’t flow ideally.
