Great location in the old town with everything within walking distance. Even the closest beach Nea Chora is possible to reach by foot. Restaurants and bars all over the place in old town, just pick a new one every day. Friendly staff at the hotel from arrival to departure. Room was cleaned every day during our stay and we found it spotless every time we returned to the room. The hotel is located at central old town in a street with traffic, restaurants, bars and the sounds of a living city is of course present most of the day but even though our room had the street with traffic right outside, the street noise was never a problem for us. The two double balcony doors seemed to be new and very noise proof when closed so we slept like babies every night. Good beds with new mattresses combined with new and very silent air condition made our nights very pleasant. Bathroom with new and spacious shower cabin was surprisingly comfortable. We always want to stay at a place with balcony to enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine and even if the balcony was small we enjoyed it very much. Breakfast included was actually too much for us to eat but no problem to just choose what we wanted.

Nothing to complain about

It was very clean, spacious, antique styled furnished apartment, in a quiet location with a very comfortable mattress, pillow & bathroom. Security system was good & I felt safe. After hiking the 17 kilometre SAMARIAS GORGE, I returned to the apartment and was relieved to sit in the bath, which had a spa, that pampered me from the aches & pains of the 8 hour hike in the heat at age 63, which wasn'ta wise decision in retrospect. It was close to coffee shops, two churches and 10 minute walk to centre of HANIA.

It wasn't in the main, central building advertised, bit a back, secluded street, that was a little scary at night, returning to for a woman, alone... There were many & steep steps, but the staff offered 2 men to assist both ways & managed my luggage, till it was time for me to depart.

This stay definitely exceeded my expectations. I booked the room with balcony and I was surprised how large the room was and the view of the street was amazing to see the night life, but don't worry, the double sets of balcony doors eliminates all noise from outside for a peaceful night. The breakfast options were fantastic and provided more than enough to fill me up and I'm a 6'3" 220 man. The drinks made are fantastic and the staff were some of the friendliest people I've met. I can't wait for a return visit and will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely nothing. I can't think of a single moment I wasn't relaxed or enjoying my stay.

Location was fantastic! Excellent restaurants , cafe's and night life in the area and close to the old town, without being surrounded by all the tourist hotels. Very quiet in the suites, no problem with any street noise. The room looked like something in a beautiful castle from a fairytale . There was a fireplace, canopy bed and a claw foot Jacuzzi bathtub(heavenly after a long day!) Nina, the charming hostess of the property, checked me in and was very helpful with any questions I had.

Some of the suites are in a separate building with very steep stairs, although it wasn't a problem for me, might be if you have a handicap.

All the staff were incredibly kind and resourceful, they helped me book my tour and taxi for the airport. The rooms were clean and had all that is needed. It is few minutes walk away from the port but also further from big crowds. Has a great coffee open across the street as well. For me, it was all great. Some street noise but its all quiet when the windows are closed, I am a light sleeper and it did not bother me at all!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly shown to my beautifully appointed room. During my stay, I enjoyed a delightful breakfast that set the tone for the day. The quality and presentation of the food were top-notch. The hotel location is perfect for both sightseeing and relaxation. The check-out process was just as seamless as my arrival.

The bath tub was okay but I prefer a stand up shower.

Cleanliness: The level of cleanliness at your hotel is commendable. My room was immaculate upon arrival, and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay was truly impressive. It's evident that your staff takes great pride in ensuring a pristine environment for guests, and it made me feel comfortable and safe during my visit. 3. Beds and Rooms: I must say that the quality of the beds and the overall room experience exceeded my expectations. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and I had some of the best nights' sleep during my stay. The room itself was not only aesthetically pleasing but also thoughtfully designed for convenience and comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home.

While many aspects of my stay were satisfactory, I feel compelled to mention that I found the staff's demeanor to be less than friendly.

The hotel is located very close to the harbour and center, but in a place that's not as crowded and loud. The building and room look great and are super comfy. The breakfast was very good. The staff are very nice and helpful with tips.

Even though the room and bathroom are furnished and decorated with a lot of good taste and classic furniture it's kind of difficult when you take a shower because you end up splashing the whole bathroom.

Beautiful boutique hotel with gorgeous rooms, good facilities, comfortable beds, staff very accommodating and friendly, onsite bistro and cafe lovely and hotel close to old town so perfect for exploring! Good value and comfortable transfer to the airport.

Could do with some extra lighting over mirror as room very dark when trying to get dressed.

George and the team were excellent hosts. Very central, great communication and great stay.

A little more equipment in the kitchen would have been could, but didn't affect our stay.
