The apartment is located right on a lively pedestrian street, so the moment you step outside you are in the heart of the action, surrounded by restaurants, music, and people. The location is simply fantastic. Inside, the apartment is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the hosts made sure to accommodate all our requests. If you enjoy being immersed in the city and its vibrant atmosphere, this is the perfect place for you.

The main drawback for us was the lack of nearby parking. For a family with a car, this means constantly searching for a free spot, and in the evenings parking usually comes with a fee due to the heavy flow of visitors. On one occasion, when there was a large event in the area, we had to circle for over an hour before finally finding a space. Still, this might simply be the price of staying right in the heart of everything.

As others have mentioned, this is a very noisy location. They provide you ear plugs. I have no issues sleeping with noise but I would not reccomend if you have children. Honest review, the rooms are very small, but charming none the less. We arrived very late so there was no one working reception. They left us directions on getting in the room which we had no issues with , but being new to traveling Europe, we had no idea we had to put the white card in the wall for the AC to work until the next day as you couldn't reach anyone at this time. Some instructions on this would have been helpful for us clueless Canadians as it was a very hot night after a long travel day! The location is right in the heart of chaina town. It's pretty cool and a close walk to everything. We loved the vibes , very busy! If your planning to rent a vehicle make sure you reserve with them before arrival. Parking is not easy to find in this location. We rented a scooter and were abel to park it outside the gate but if we had a car we would have had issues. Upon arrival to our room we were greeted with a nice welcome note and a bottle of wine which was a nice added touch. Highly reccomend getting the breakfast package. Breakfast is massive in a very charming restaurant near by. It seemed like the omletts have a whole pack of eggs, massive & delicious food. Kept us full until dinner and is served until 12:30. Amazing for people like us who enjoy to sleep in on a busy vacation!! Thank you for the hospitality.

Fantastic location as there are places to eat right next door, also close to the bus station and the port. Able to save money by cooking my own food in the kitchen. It has a stovetop and oven (no microwave) so it's just enough for what I needed. There is a washing machine with detergent provided, and a clothes hanger outside, so I can wash clothes myself. Air conditioning is a life saver in the hotter weather. Small seating area outside so you can relax while eating breakfast. For my room there was even an umbrella to provide more shade.

Not the hotel's fault, but due to its location, it can get noisy at night. Nevertheless, this is easily solved by wearing earplugs. To open the box to get the keys, you have to make sure you pull open the door at the same time you are unlocking it when you push down the black button. The box door doesn't snap open.

There was a small hot tub in the room but can only allow the body to soak in partially. The hotel is right in the old town and is easy to walk around. Location is perfect. Our room is behind the street so the noise is much manageable though we can still hear noises close to mid night. But the hotel provided us with ear plug so it was good. Room is spacious and clean. We opted for the breakfast and it was fantastic!

The hot tub is too small but is helpful for the feet to soak in.

The host is exceptionally friendly, responds promptly, and is dedicated to ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay.

None. We mistakenly reserved the wrong type of room, but the host kindly accommodated us by switching to another room with a kitchen and washing machine. Thank you!

Excellent accomodation, very clean and well appointed with all you might need for a city break long or short.

The accommodation was excellent but the busy restaurant next door might not suit the light sleeper. Best tip would be to join in and for go the nights sleep you're not going to get anyway. Again not the fault of the owners just city noise that is unavoidable unless you choose your location wisely.

The location was excellent; there were lots of restaurants, grocery stores, tavernas, parking, and even a laundry nearby. We like the little local treats and the bottle of water.

All was good, but it would be a good idea to have a broom inside and a microwave. Also, a guest book that explains some local restaurants nearby and some stuff to do for the guests.

Apartment was spacious and extremely clean!! Great location. It was handy having so many restaurants and coffee shops close by. Everything was within walking distance!! Very close to the beautiful port!!

Great shower!! Renovated bathroom!! However, very small and hardly any room to sit properly on the toilet. Great having the restaurants downstairs, however some night were very noisy.

cute room in a central location (walking distance from the Venetian harbour and all the restaurants and cafes). it was super clean, newly renovated, comfortable and quiet - the street where they are is full of restaurants, but from the room you can't hear anything. The people at the hotel were so kind! I contacted them to help arrange the taxi from the airport to the hotel and they took care of it... I loved it and would stay here again :)

It's nothing bad really, just note that if you want to reach the reception you have to go kind of through a back steet/alley - there are some signs but it took us a couple of minutes to figure it out

Everything was perfect. The hotel was extremely clean, very well located, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need—even a toilet hose, which is rare and very appreciated. The bed was comfortable, towels were high quality, and every detail was well considered. The staff were kind, flexible, and always attentive. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place.
