I have absolutely nothing to fault about this accommodation - Firstly, Maria the Manager/Host is absolutely fantastic, she goes above and beyond any host I have ever come across when travelling and will go out of her way to make your stay as fantastic as possible. The time taken to provide recommendations to being on a text message away with almost instant responses was impressive. The accommodation is in a perfect location being on one of the main strips with everything at your doorstep! We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this piece of paradise to anyone travelling to Chania. Thank you so so much once again!! Jasmine xo

Querini Luxury Suites was amazing! It was in Old Town Chania with shops, restaurants, grocery and the beautiful Venetian harbor within easy walking distance. The suites were top quality, beautiful, modern, clean & comfortable. After one night we got a free upgrade to the bigger suite with rooftop jacuzzi & sun loungers. Coffee pods, creamer, tea, sugar, water, juice, soda, fruit, Raki & wine were generously provided. Everything you could possibly need for your holiday was provided, beach towels, extra pillows, blankets, sun umbrella, iron & first aid kit, A wonderful breakfast at one of two local restaurants was provided. We loved our stay at Querini Luxury Suites & hope to return someday!

Not one single thing to dislike!

The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and very well situated at the border of the old town and close to a lot of great restaurants and places to visit. We also really appreciated the balcony. The suite in itself is a great value for money but what makes the experience great is Maria! She gave us great advice of places to visit / restaurants to go to, was always available to answer our questions and was very kind. We will recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to go to Chania and we will definitely book it again if we ever come back.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Super nice suite, modern but cozy, with a charming balcony and wonderful roof terrace. Extremely well equipped with literally everything you may need, even little details so well taken care of. The host, Maria, is just fabulous and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, From providing links to restaurants and other places to leaving nice bottles of wine and ice-cream in the fridge...it does not get better than this in terms of hospitality. I wish I could live there for a year :-). Great location just at the border of the old town, so easy to reach by car, but then you can walk everywhere.

Everything perfect.

We loved the location of the property and it was immaculate when we arrived, our host Maria made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. She took the time to give us a full and detailed introduction to everything that was available to us in the Chania region, including beaches, restaurants, taxis, bus service. I cant fault this apartment in any way. Breakfast was also included in a choice of 2 nearby cafes and both were excellent with a good variant of choices on the menu. The streets around us were bustling with people but not overcrowded.

Firstly, the Host Maria was amazing and very accommodating. With welcoming refreshments on arrival and helping out with our luggage and car spot. Maria went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and provided us with heaps of local eateries and things to do on the island. Furthermore, the location is unbelievable. You literally walk out the door, and you're surrounded by shop's cafe's and restaurants. Bed sofa and bathroom were all fantastic, and super clean. I rate this place 20/10 it's a one stop shop.

Everything was perfect 👌

The place is spectacular and beyond our expectations. Our host Maria was perfect host, kind, providing all local recommendations. She waited for us on our arrival and even reserved a parking spot near the suite. Suite is spatious, has great interior design, large comfortable bed, fully aquipped and to top all that it has even a great rooftop with private jakuzzi overlooking the old city. Breakfast was organized in two small restaurants nearby (one was just across the tiny street) and were rich and tastefull. We can warmly recommend it.

We liked everything.

They say that the way to one’s heart is through the stomach, and the host, Maria certainly done that. As soon as we arrived we were showered with complimentary culinary delights, too many to list here. The interior is modern and tastefully designed and the upstairs lounge area of the Superior Suite (I definitely recommend for couples) was a great way relax and watch the sun set. The apartment is centrally located but still far enough from the night life so our sleep was never disturbed. Finally, Maria was most welcoming, extremely kind and took the time to talk to us about our itinerary and was always available to help us with bus schedules and booking a taxi back to the airport. We will certainly recommend Querini Suites to friends and family, and when we return to Chania we will most certainly stay here again.

We have not long returned from a wonderful 8-night stay at Querini Luxury Suites. The communication was superb from the moment of booking until after we left. As previously said, Maria was the perfect host - friendly, informative and generous. She genuinely cares about your holiday and wants everything to be just right. The transfer arranged was seamless with Maria greeting us on arrival. There was a welcome gift of wine, fruit, cake, beers and soft drinks. Throughout our stay, Maria also dropped off delicious ice cream, more wine and a selection of local sweet and savoury delicacies (when she realised we were missing breakfast one morning). The breakfast included is at one of two restaurants. Pallas by the harbour, and Theatro City coffee bar that was just around the corner. We only used the local cafe which had seating outside and an extensive breakfast/brunch menu - the staff and food were lovely. The location was perfect a few minutes walk to the harbour but away from the hustle and bustle. It was a 10 /15-minute walk to the beaches. The roof terrace was perfect for drinks and a real sun trap (an umbrella provided for shade). The only downside is it's so lovely it may be difficult to get a date as I would imagine people rebook on leaving. Thank you Maria for our fabulous stay we hope to stay with you again in the future.

There was nothing we disliked - just a small suggestion. We had storms on a couple of days. We could have made use of a microwave to heat the lunch we had bought on the previous day. A fridge on the roof terrace for drinks would be great - but that's just me being lazy with the stairs!

The location of the hotel was great, it was more like a apartment hotel than a regular one. There was no reception, so no possibilities to have drinks or food from there. Room was big and had a nice balcony overviewing one of the more quiet streets in the city. We really enjoyed our stay.

Missing the reception was the only ”bad” thing.
