Awesome location and really nice hotel in Old town of Chania. Plenty of restaurants just outside hotel, but room is quiet when you close the windows. Aircondition works really well. Really nice and helpful staff, towels changed daily.

Shower space could be or a little bigger or maybe have a closed door or curtain, because it's easy to fill the whole bathroom, but the overall size of the bathroom was really good. We've had a water, coffee pods and tea to make, There was no kettle - just an espresso machine for coffee pods - managed to make a tea, but we were struggling a bit. There was no place to connect that espresso machine. The most convenient place has to be in the bathroom

Excellent location, right in the city center, in the old city and 5 minutes walk from Old Venetian port, and 5-10 minutes walk from the Central bus station. The staff is very friendly. Good sized comfortable room with nice balcony overlooking the street. The room are very elegant and clean. Towels were changed daily. Espresso machine in the room, perfect for drinking your morning coffee on the balcony.

Lots of stairs to go up with your luggage. No elevator. Too noisy at night, because of bars and tourist.

We have no complaints. However, it would have been good if there was an ironing board and iron to iron your clothes.

Nice staff, room is very clean and with all the utilities . Building located right in the heart of town and within walking distance to the bus station, beach, restaurants etc.

The room was right above a bar with loud music all night and the windows aren't really sound proof. The doors are also not able to drown out noise coming from the hall.

This is a good hotel, very clean and in a central location. Lots of extras such as tea and coffee, complementary bottles of water etc. Very quiet at night despite being in the centre of the old town. Breakfast was good and had wide selection of food.

Difficult to get keys to Elia potie as the main reception is 100 metres away. On the entrance door it gives telephone number to ring but no one answer the phone. Eventually someone staying at the hotel gives me the correct information. My room was on the top floor, up 2 flights of stairs (at least 40 steps) very steep. I had a large suitcase and needed help and was lucky that the cleaner came to my rescue and she took my case all way up. The staff at reception must have realised I would have problems as they saw my cases and knew I also has a disabled person with me. No consideration was given to my circumstances and would request that when they allocate rooms to make sure that older people and disabled are not put in rooms on the top floor and to OFFER HELP and ASSISTANCE when required.

The location does not have its own reception, it is located at another hotel which is about 100 m away (it was harder to find the first time). The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, especially before starting a new stay (I found a few hairs on arrival). There was a lot of water everywhere in the bathroom after the shower, the shower cabin not being well insulated. The safebox was not functional. Even though I announced this at the reception on the first day and they told me it would be fixed, this did not happen.

Good sized comfortable room with nice balcony overlooking the street. Very clean and with nice bathroom. Location is excellent right in the centre of Chania old town. Although there was a restaurant right below us the windows/shutters blocked out all the noise so was not a problem (We were on 2nd floor). Great value for money.

The building is unattended and the keys have to be picked up from another hotel 100m away. Very strange and inconvenient setup with the door locks. Unlike normal hotel rooms, you actually have to lock the door with the key when inside the room to stop anyone stumbling into your room accidently at 2am. Worse still, the entrance door at the bottom of the stairs can only be opened with the key even when inside. So e.g. Your partner cannot pop out alone to buy something (a) they cannot get out the door downstairs, or, (b) they take the key and you are left locked inside the building and cannot get out until they return. Bonkers.

It was in a convenient location. It was clean and comfortable.

My son slept on the pull out couch, which was very comfortable. The mattress was very thin. But it was ok for one night.

There is 24-hour reception desk. Perfect location, in the heart of old town. A bit noisy in the evening due to bars/restaurants around but, not such of a problem. The people at the reception and the ladies at the breakfast were very polite and smiley. Breakfast was perfect, considering it costs only 8 euro. They change the bath-towels every day!!

Lots of stairs to go up with your laggage, but that's it. The rest are perfect.

A bit noisy. If sound proofing was better, both from next doors, coridor etc and street noise, it woould have much improved our stay and night sleep.
