Thanks to Holga who was pleasant and accommodating after we were not given an appropriate room initially. And mostly to the kind STELIOS who helped us move to a bigger and more suitable room with a safety deposit box. This made us feel comfortable and enabled us to enjoy our time in the beautiful Chania. Nice room. No balcony but a great view. Nespresso coffee machine was great to have in the room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Clean and spacy bathroom. Safe and family friendly. Faedra Bar's (next door) helpful and kind staff were supportive, many thanks to Adamadia. Centrally located with a good view from our room. Accessible to most touristic places in a walking distance. A few minutes walk to the main road to access transport to different beaches in suburb and to the main bus station to other sites/towns. Lively and touristic located. In the middle of the breath taking town of Chania (old town), the well preserved old buildings and historical sites.

We were initially placed in a very small room with no safety deposit box, until we were moved (twice) to a better facilitated room with a safety deposit box. Issue resolved with staff's help. Coffee pods were only supplied the first day. I am unsure if this was the policy or only we were not provided, would have been nice if a daily supply of coffee pods. We had to buy own tea and coffee. Other rooms had but our room did not have a kettle in the room, we used the semi hot water from the nespresso machine for tea making. I think it was perhaps missed out in this room. Would be nice to look into it for my next time :)

Great location, less than 2 minute walk to the harbour. Beautiful old building. We'd stay again.

We arrived at midnight and got our key card from the bar opposite. Went out for a walk, on the return, the key card wouldn't work. All surrounding bars were closed. There aren't any contact numbers anywhere externally for a situation like this, this needs to be addressed. We were completely at a loss of what to do. Our saving grace was that at 2am a woman came out of a nearby shop and pointed out a mobile phone number on a nearby small hotel. Which thank the gods worked and someone came to let us in. There are emergency phone numbers in the room, not usefull when you're in the street looking up at your room. I recommend an information notice placed outside the main entrance door and include emergency contact numbers in the booking confirmation.

A beautiful place that truly resonates with the charm of the old city lifestyle. It is worth mentioning that there are many stairs, including a steep old wooden staircase. For someone with mobility issues it would be impossible to use, and carrying luggage to the room is something you have to manage on your own.

We recently stayed at this fantastic accommodation right in the heart of Old Town, Chania, and it exceeded all our expectations. Traveling with two kids can sometimes be challenging, but the location made our trip incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is perfectly situated, within walking distance to all the charming shops, delightful restaurants, and exciting boat trip departures. This central location allowed us to easily return for a quick break whenever needed, which was a huge plus for our family. The accommodation itself was comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had all the information we needed to make the most of our time in Chania. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Chania. Its unbeatable location and comfortable amenities made our trip memorable and stress-free.

The hotel is in an old building (with retro style furniture throughout the floors), in a narrow street full of café and bar right in the old town near the harbor. The room we got is number 2. it's spacious and comfortable especially the bed which was superb. The check in took a bit longer than the stated time but the guy gave us free beer for the wait.

The bathroom shower has only 1 side door and it could not close entirely so the water gets everywhere in the bathroom. At night it gets quite loud as there are bars and café downstairs. We could still hear the noise clearly even with earplugs in our ears.

The location was very good right in the middle of the old town. The staff were very nice during our stay the girls ar the Phi bar and the cleaning staff too.

Because it’s in the old town the nights are very lively I didn’t have an issue with it just keep in mind if you travel with a child or you want a peaceful holiday.

Superior studio was HUGE with excellent bed, adjacent balcony and two windows flooding the room with natural light but not allowing the room to get hot. Monda the house keeper was also a darling.

Lots of steps to get to the room, and problems accessing the property. The front door card entry system failed numerous times, and i was locked out if the hotel.

We stayed only for a night, checked in quite late after 9pm. Check in was smooth. Room was basic and clean. Location is perfect, you would expect to hear a lot of noise from the busy street. However in the evening, as long as the windows are closed, you dont hear much from the street.

Since we stayed one night, it did not bother us much, but if you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble. We woke up at 6am with footsteps from other guests due to wooden floors and could not sleep again.

Beautiful, stylish apartment in the middle of the old town in Chania - close to harbor and facilities, city beach in walking distance, next to bars and beautiful cafe (so no problem with breakfast or late night drink just next door). Very clean apartment and good bed, Italian coffee for the coffee machine. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, no problem with communication. I asked to change the room because of the loud music form the street and bar and they gave me the quiet room from the patio site. I also asked for a last-minute extension of my stay (yes, I liked this place so much) and they also have gone beyond my wishes. Very recommended for you stay in Chania.

Please note that there is no lift and some rooms face the street, which can be inconvenient in high season

This is a lovely old hotel with some great features, the room we had was very spacious and light (I would have loved a balcony) but we had 3 lovely, large windows on to the street below. The bed was super comfortable, a great shower and plenty of space in the bathroom. A lovely large terrace just outside our room, with some gorgeous plants and small tables etc. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel after we checked out for a few hours, which was incredibly helpful. Good communication with staff prior to arrival re the keys etc.

More hangers please - I think we only had 4 between two of us. The complimentary coffee pod on the first morning was a lovely welcome, but you needed to pay if you wanted extras, which I feel is a little mean - surely there's' not much cost to provide them each morning? Also even if we did want extras there were no staff around when we stayed there so couldn't get any :(
